Archiving Attachments of SAP Documents to HTTP Content Server
CHP had provided up an Easy Archive Server which is an HTTP content Server to enable storing of outputs of
all invoices and other documents to the server, hence saving space on the application server.
Steps taken to achieve archiving
 Setting up of content repositories in OAC0
 Creating document types and associating the document types with the archive object and SAP
Object and setting up of link tables (TOA01/TOA02/TOA03) in OAC2, OAC3.
 Changing the standard and Z- output programs to CREATE FILE ON ARCHIVE SERVER, LINK FILE TO
SAP OBJECT.
 Using SPKRO08 and OACT to set up default location of all attachments as EASY Archive Server.
 Monitoring connection status of Easy Archive Server
