It has been the upmost pleasure working with Mr. Harold Hershey while he served as
the Assistant Branch Manager for the Maintenance Division. Regardless of the
complexity or magnitude of the task at hand, Harold can be relied upon to see that it is
completed expeditiously and efficiently. His action are well planned, organized and
smoothly executed. He was a Team player that fostered cooperation and harmony
throughout the entire Division.
Without a doubt, Harold was a top performer and the entire organization is saddened
to see him leave. The deep respect and sincere affection he received from
subordinates manifests his exceptional qualities of leadership, integrity, and
professional knowledge. His example has fostered unparalleled productivity and esprit
de corps in our organization.
The Fort Bliss Directorate of Logistics, Maintenance Division lost one of the most
knowledgeable, industrious and resourceful managers. Nonetheless, I am extremely
