Job Responsibilities:-
 Formulating and implementing new policies and updating the existing ones as per the
company's requirement.
 Handling Payroll, Legal compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Laws), updating salaries in company
payroll software.
 Recruitment of candidates as per the requirements given by the department head.
 Planning, Organizing and conducting induction program.
 Responsible for completing the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents,
creation of login id for attendance, design reporting system & assign mentor as per the
respective department wise.
 Maintaining the employee attendance in time management system and generating the
attendance report for the salary process and using it for calculation of monthly payroll
system, make necessary entries for new joiners etc.
 Audit all HR activities that are performed.
 Handling verification of documents and employment screening background verification of
new joined employee’s verification report etc.
 Conducting Exit formalities like checking dues with the Company/Reason for
leaving/Eligible for rehire/Attendance/Overall Satisfaction of the Employment/Behavior with
colleagues etc, exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminated employees while
coordinate & manage the full & final settlement and sending circular to other departments
at the time of relieving of an employee.
 Clarify the employee grievance and various issues /queries on leave policy, salary payment
etc.
 Maintain & update the daily/weekly/monthly MIS Report, HR files and employee
information in various reports like employee database, employee CVs, preparing all HR
letters and certificates.

as “Sr. Executive - HR & Admin” since November 2012 to 30th September 2015.

with innovative prints and designs to meet diverse consumer needs. We are the first one to have fully
equipped plant of PU Synthetic leather having both Dry & Wet process Coagulation process in India.
Key Responsibilities:-
Time Office & Personnel Activities:
 Supervision of time office function such as Attendance, Over time, Preparation of Salary,
Leave records, Appointment letters, Salary breakups, Labor card, Police verification,
Regular medical checkup etc.
 Maintaining all registers and legal compliances under general laws i.e. labor laws, PF, ESI
returns, Factory license renewal, Factory annual return, Fire NOC, Peak Load exemption,
Pollution control board, Boiler license renewal, ER-I or II, Accident report.
 To recruit and administrate casual and contract labour (as per requirement).
 To check and verify contractors bills and arrangement for their payment.
 Represent the company in negotiation with contractors, suppliers, government
departments and local authorities.
 Establishing good relation with all employees by prompts action in resolving grievances,
disputes & in matters of discipline and maintains harmonious industrial relations.
 Proactive approach towards department wise manpower requisition.
 Totally responsible to tie up with colleagues & manpower consultants for recruiting persons
of different caliber, qualities & qualifications.
 Induction management of all the new recruits.
 Getting identification of development areas of all staff & workmen thru Appraisals,
consolidation of Training Needs.
Administration Activities:
 To administrate movement of company vehicle.
 Up keep, maintenance and repair of company vehicle.
