III. AGREEMENT
The SafePro™ Roof Hatch Assessment Form is required for all orders. A separate form is required for each hatch. All rails are made to specifications
and measurements defined above, guaranteed to fit your roof hatch properly if the form is completed correctly. If SafePro™ is found to be in error
when manufacturing your rail, SafePro™ will replace or fix the problem at no cost. If you make an error in defining the correct measurements on this
form, SafePro™ will remake the rail at your cost. For this reason, SafePro™ recommends you indicate your measurements correctly on this form. By
signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
