 Design, setup, and troubleshoot small and large Ethernet and Wireless networks.
 Troubleshoot DSL connectivity and resolve Internet related issues on both Windows and
MAC based Operating Systems.
 Through remote PC control, help callers with email client setup, resolve send/receive
issues or other software problems affecting Internet access.

Installed and or repaired voice, data communications equipments on customer premise, such as
jacks and telephone sets.

 Installed CPE components that included modems, splitters with housing, and Ethernet NIC
cards.
 Performed appropriate software tests for incompatibilities and re-configured client
software.
 Configured network settings on computers to utilize DSL service through routers and
gateways.
 Verified that the service was installed properly, made notations to indicate order
completion and outlined methods for future changes.
 Demonstrated service to customers and explained functionality of the various tools and
equipments associated with the service.
 Discussed system requirements, made recommendations in the event that the DSL service
could not be completed.
