External market environment:
I. Government Ministry in Kuwait( Budget Department)
A. The Head of Budget Department, coordinators and
accounting people.
B. The agenda we have is: communicating with different
departments in ministry to know their necessities for the
whole year. Preparing the whole budget for one year and
distributing the budget for Ministry departments.
C. Through this agenda, we can have more organized and
précised work. Also, this agenda helps to reduced the
mistakes that might have.

I. having technology is important in my work and it has good
and positive impact on the work. It makes it easier on
communicating internationally and improving the ways of
searching.
II. Nothing specifically disrupt the work, but using more
technology impact how we communicate face to face
and how we engage with each other.

Internal analysis:
I. Strengths:
A. Leadership ,hard working, time-management, providing
support, providing training sessions, high communication
skills.
B. Helping and teaching new employees about the work
environment. Making good relationships with every one
there. Creating warm and joyful atmosphere for people.
C. Having training and workshop in different areas to improve
the work and motivate employees.
D. Annual evaluations and extra bounces for excellent
employees. Also, providing scholarships for excellent
employees. Good and warm communication. Having
values is essential in my work. One of these values respect
the individual and their own experiences. The other value is
opening the door for different perspectives and personal
experiences.

A. Lack of multiple languages, such as English and writing
skills.
B. I have to work in this position due to the limited choices.

A. I am more competing with my colleagues but since I
have two languages Arabic and English, I have GAAP
skills from USA along with IFRS skills. I also, I have new
experience with diverse cultures. These advantages will
help met to stack up in this competition.

I. Working in government ministry, especially in budget department,
where is it in a large space and many offices. The ministry is located
in the center of the city, so it would be easier for people to move
around and come from different directions.
Type of work environment:
I. Indoor, it is quite area with more joyful decorations. It has many
and small offices. Outdoor, it has nature view of nature, sea view
and few coffee shops around it. The virtual office is in more quite
area, with big table and comfortable chairs. Nice decoration is
requited to make the work more enjoyable.
