Report from The Futurist Foundation
On behalf of The Futurist Foundation, I would like to Thank MDeC for the full and great support in making this initiative a
reality.
I am just happy and glad that each one of the Bumiputra Companies obtained a very good element in business
.
Exposure!
They have also make good business contacts and also potential JV projects with international companies and also amongst
themselves.
It has been an interesting ‘journey’ to make it happen but ‘together’ we can make anything possible if you have good
NIAT
.
This initiative surely was a new exposure for them to explore new frontiers and greater future undertakings

The Expo:
Visitors from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, India, Jordan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United States streamed into the
pavilion to speak with Malaysian animators, game developers, content providers and mobile application developers.
Participating companies included Les’ Copaque Productions Sdn Bhd, Johan Nawawi Sdn Bhd, Quark Energy System,
Terato Tech Sdn Bhd, Hezmedia Interactive Sdn Bhd, Forest Interactive Sdn Bhd, Salt Media Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Xadira
Games Sdn Bhd, Funcel Sdn Bhd and Tulus Fikir Sdn Bhd.

I would like to say Thanks to everyone which was involved in bringing us to the Dubai Games Expo.
I was at first very skeptical that this whole thing is ever going to take off, having been involved in a lot of so called bumi
agenda meeting in the past nothing has been an awesome as Dubai Games Expo initiaive. In A lot of these meetings we
would have people talking and complaining and in the end nothing would ever happen and most of the times only the big
guns would be talking and no emphasis would be on us micro enterprises.
But this time around it is different, I can only recall having two meetings before everything started to take place. This is
awesomeness and efficiency at its best.
The trip open up our horizon to exploring the MENA market which we would never have gone to on our own. We were even
able to explore new opportunities and forge partnerships with companies in the MENA region during the short 3 days we
were there and I will be sure to keep you guys updated on this.
Again Thanks MDeC, The Futurist Foundation , Tuan Sheikh & All,
I would also like to say once more that this is an awesome initiative and more steps like this is needed to enable our bumi
companies to realize its fullest potential and grow up to becoming world class companies and not mere serial
grantpreneurs.
Again Thanks.
Best Regards,
Reza

Again we at LCP and LCGDI would like to thank you for the opportunity for bringing us along for the Dubai Game Expo.
Truly the exposure that we got there is Very helpful for us.
A European company is interested in distributing our Upin and Ipin television series to a global audience, while there was
also interest in our online game spinoff, which is currently under development.
Thank you.

The Futurist Foundation's initiative has helped me in a number of ways. Throughout the whole event, I have learned to
better conduct presentations, how to market myself and the company I represent as a valuable resource and getting further
insight how this industry works at the global stage. I have also gained valuable experience in person-to-person interactions,
allowing me to enhance my interpersonal skills. I have acquired friendships, professional contacts and knowledge from
some of the best.
To summarise I, on behalf of the company am both blessed and humbled by being chosen to represent our country. A
quote comes to mind from a Greek Philosopher named Heraclitus, "No man even steps in the same river twice, for it's not
the same river and he's not the same man". I can say I am a better person professionally after participating in this event.
Thank you.

Dubai Game Expo provides us with an opportunity to understand middle east market better, the kind of content that they
would like and also any cultural requirements that we have to adhere to.
It also has provided us with the opportunity to network. Although the number of international participants outside of
MENA and ASIA are not that many, they seemed to be more relaxed and able to spend more time networking
since they do not have too much back to back meeting unlike during GDC or E3.
The event also provided us with the platform to network with fellow developers in MENA and explore possible collaboration.
Even though there aren’t game publishers there which is our main target audience to showcase our product as we
expected, the event has been very informative and a success for us.
The technical quality of their talks/seminar is below our Kre8tif conference and of course below GDC’s quality, however they
shared a lot about their developers experience, which is very insightful for us in deciding to penetrate MENA market.
I’d like to suggest in the future to bring mobile game or mobile sms/content application developer as part of our pavilion as i
see the trend in their region is still growing in mobile phone apps.

Assalamu'alaikum
We are very proud and honored to be invited to take part in The DUBAI games Expo 2010. This great initiative bringing our company
there to Dubai from Futurist Foundation, Mdec was considered very successful though this is our first attempt in showcasing our Islamic
Musical Animated Series, "UMMI" to the public.
We noticed that almost all visitors who saw our product commented that our cartoon character, especially the "UMMI" character fits the
Arab and the Mena market. After we explained that the "UMMI" cartoon series is an Islamic musical content, they showed even more
interest. Most of them are interested to know the progress of "UMMI" and would like see "UMMI"'s show reel once it is ready for potential
broadcast or syndication negotiation.
To summarise it, "UMMI" has a very good potential market in the Mena - strategic economic region, the best time for release would be
the next Ramadhan month. InsyaAllah.
Amongst those who had visited our booth in The DUBAI games Expo 2010, are as listed below:
1. Abdul Karim Alenzi - Petra Advertising
2. Maher - MGD
3. Seyed Mohd Beheshtian - Telecom IRAN
4. A. Hamid Alasfoor - AMG group
5. Jay Wilbur - Epic Games
6. Ayoub El Gaidi - Baraem TV & JCCTV (Al Jazeerah Cartoon Network)
7. Ihsan Hasheem Al Samhouri - Buset Investments Co.
8. Saad Al-Zoubi - Brand IMC

Report from Hezmedia
First of all, I would like to thank Almighty God for His blessing to keep me alive to be able to taste such a wonderful
experience... the trip to Dubai World Game Expo. I believe it is beneath His divine planning that a new company such as
ours can represent Malaysia and participate in such event.
I would personally give credit to Futurist Foundation lead by Sheikh Faleigh and also team from MDEC for coming up with
such a brilliant ideas and does their best to ensure it goes on as planned. I realize how difficult the task is, but as one’s
says, “Dimana ada kemahuan, Disitu ada jalan”. So these guys have shown us how things can be done no matter how hard
it gets.
At first, we are reluctant to go due to money constraint. Moreover, our company is only a year and half, plus the directors
are considerably young, therefore we feel that going abroad was way too early for us. Somehow, Sheikh Faleigh manages
to convince us that this will be a good investment for our own personal and professional endeavour. Then, all were past
already. We are able to stand side by side with such reputable company like Les Copaque and FunCell, which have decade
of experience in the content business. During the Dubai World game Expo, all of Malaysians company were supportive to
each other. We get a lot of chances and opportunity to talk about our business among the delegates and this can lead to
exploring new opportunities together. This I believe is a very rare occasions in normal circumstances where all the company
are in survival mode.
As for the visitors that came to the Malaysia pavilion, we can see that they are taking our company’s idea seriously and
offer us a joint venture, distributor deals and outsourcing our game engine. This opened up our eyes to a new frontier,
whereby we can be an outsourcing partner that provide a service of developing customized game for client using our self
developed game engine. We also learn that Matrade is a very helpful entity that can help us penetrate the UAE market. In
term of personal improvement, we believe that we have gained boost in term of our confidence in the product. The idea is
well accepted and with a little more tweaking, the product is ready to capture global attention.
All and all, participating in Dubai World Game Expo has given us the insight of what is going on in the game industry
globally; realize the potential of our product and remarkably expand our horizon to challenge ourselves in the global arena.

Report from FUNCEL
Salam,
The credit definitely goes to MDeC and the Futurist Foundation.
It's really an eye-opener to many bumi companies who joined the delegation especially the new companies.
As for us, we managed to get a few positive leads - co-pro & distribution deal for europe market are amongst those.
May Allah bless MDeC & Futurist Foundation for the hardwork & great initiative. May this will be a starting point of more
initiatives to spur bumi companies in years to come.
Special Thanks to my big brother; En Kamil, Sheikh Faleigh, Sani & Rafayadi - you guys ROCK! my highest gratitude for
your good deeds.

Report from Forest Interactive
Forest Interactive are among the last company to register for Dubai World Game Expo. Not much information that we could
gather in order to prepare us for the exhibition. However, we managed to prepare something for us to try to ‘sell’ for the
Middle East Market. We are going without any hopes since we are not in the gaming business mainly. Although
premium sms is our main business, for this exhibition we are going with interactive TV games via sms.
As we go along the exhibition, we noticed that the mobile experience there in the region is very much different. Dealings
with companied from around the world and how people want to sell their products makes it very interesting and we did
learned a lot from it. We made a few interested parties and hopefully manage to close deal with at least one of them.
We saw how Iran and Korea have a big support from their government where Iran have 2 big pavilion while Korea have
minimum 10 small booth for each companies that participate.
Personally, it was a good experience especially when we presented our products and talking to some of the visitors. We get
much more confident in dealing with the international market. Most of them thinks that we are 1 company since
everyone is very co-operative. All the companies that represent Malaysia at that time were very humble to introduce
their visitors/potential clients to the other companies that are in the Malaysia Pavilion. It’s like the all-in-one shop for IT
products since all the companies have different products to offer. Of course, since this is the first time that we are there
at the exhibition, this is like a very good introduction and we should continue this to make sure we can maintain the
presence and getting the trust.
Thank you.

Syed Abdullah

Report from XADIRA
Xadira was excited about taking part in the third Dubai World Game Expo, the largest platform for the online games industry
in the Middle East, taking place in Dubai from Nov 29 to Dec 1.
Third DWGE 2010 was our first time International exhibition participation. This event was make it happen by the Futurist
Foundation with support from MDeC.
It was a great exposure for Xadira as we learn a lots from International exhibitors on how to market, licensing their
characters and products for International markets. Insight information of Online Gaming in Middle East, North Africa
(MENA) region had really give us a lot of idea on what strategy and methods is working in marketing products here and
what’s not.
The event also expose us to do localization and need choose best and working payment processor in MENA region as
there are issues and limitation of credit card using by people in the market if we were going to publish our content here.
Xadira had several meeting with companies at the DWGE. Most of them are payment processors which we currently not
interested to partner with them. Xadira also been request by one individual name John to do Facebook Application
Development training at Dubai. We still waiting email from him for the next step. After went back from Dubai, Xadira been
communicating with WizardProduction to test out their Web-based Facebook Games, which if it is ok, we might consider to
do localization for the games.
Xadira had a great exposure and experience from the Dubai World Game Expo and it open up our mind for the new
horizon. We would like to thank Futurist Foundation, MDeC and everyone for bring our company there.

Report from Salt Media Consultancy
Personally, the trip to Dubai to participate in the Dubai World Games Expo was most enriching. I not only found new friends
among the members of the Malaysian contingent, but my MD Shareem and I also established contact with Lubna Alsagoff,
a Malaysian of Yemeni descent, who assisted many of us with foreign contacts during the Expo.
Since returning to Malaysia, we have been in touch with her to explore the possibility of doing more work with Salt Media for
future expos. She is seeking assistance in the area of communications and seemed most enthusiastic to work with us.
With the help of MDeC and Futurist Foundation, we also made contact with twofour54 to propose a collaboration with their
training academy. The representative we spoke to was Eric Macinnes who seemed very keen to explore the possibility of
working with us. We have in fact written to touch base with him and will follow up with a formal letter/email soon.
We also met with three people from Glow Design and Animation, a company from Egypt which was very keen to partner us
in any animation or games development project. Again, we will follow up on this soon.
Other than that, I submitted our company details to MyContent, Nader Muqbel of Index Media and JumJumWorld which is
headed by Lubna Alsagoff.

Some of our strong suggestions

Salam,
After our futurist analysis on the greater growth of the Creative Industry, especially in the 3D Animation, multimedia production, Mobile
applications and games development; we believe that immediate steps need to be taken:
1.MDeC needs to develop more bumiputera agenda
2.To develop a complete full detailed profile database of bumiputera companies in the Creative Development Industry
3.To established an ‘eco-system’ for the Industry
4.To nurture and guide bumiputera entrepreneurs on a regular basis
5.To encourage them to work together instead of only being a competitor
6.To expose them to the Global Market an established a Global partnerships
7.MDeC needs to identify and participate in more International Expo relating to the Creative Development Industry in the Muslim
Countries.
8.MDeC needs to understand the payment policy and methods when participating in international exhibitions and conferences. Current
policy must be re-visit and adhere to international policies.
9.May I suggest that instead of only a department in MDeC that is trusted for the growth of the Creative development Industry; An
establishment of one agency under the patronage of MDeC’ or even an independent agency with full support of MDeC to take care of the
Creative Development Industry in Malaysia. This agency will have a special task force for the development of bumiputera entrepreneurs.
10.MDeC and The Futurist Foundation must meet more now to brainstorm on the future growth of the Industry especially for the
development of bumiputera companies.
Thank you.

  • 19. Report from The Futurist Foundation On behalf of The Futurist Foundation, I would like to Thank MDeC for the full and great support in making this initiative a reality. I am just happy and glad that each one of the Bumiputra Companies obtained a very good element in business
. Exposure! They have also make good business contacts and also potential JV projects with international companies and also amongst themselves. It has been an interesting ‘journey’ to make it happen but ‘together’ we can make anything possible if you have good NIAT
. This initiative surely was a new exposure for them to explore new frontiers and greater future undertakings
The Expo: Visitors from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, India, Jordan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United States streamed into the pavilion to speak with Malaysian animators, game developers, content providers and mobile application developers. Participating companies included Les’ Copaque Productions Sdn Bhd, Johan Nawawi Sdn Bhd, Quark Energy System, Terato Tech Sdn Bhd, Hezmedia Interactive Sdn Bhd, Forest Interactive Sdn Bhd, Salt Media Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Xadira Games Sdn Bhd, Funcel Sdn Bhd and Tulus Fikir Sdn Bhd. The following slides are their comments!  the reportthe report
  • 20. Report from Terato I would like to say Thanks to everyone which was involved in bringing us to the Dubai Games Expo. I was at first very skeptical that this whole thing is ever going to take off, having been involved in a lot of so called bumi agenda meeting in the past nothing has been an awesome as Dubai Games Expo initiaive. In A lot of these meetings we would have people talking and complaining and in the end nothing would ever happen and most of the times only the big guns would be talking and no emphasis would be on us micro enterprises. But this time around it is different, I can only recall having two meetings before everything started to take place. This is awesomeness and efficiency at its best. The trip open up our horizon to exploring the MENA market which we would never have gone to on our own. We were even able to explore new opportunities and forge partnerships with companies in the MENA region during the short 3 days we were there and I will be sure to keep you guys updated on this. Again Thanks MDeC, The Futurist Foundation , Tuan Sheikh & All, I would also like to say once more that this is an awesome initiative and more steps like this is needed to enable our bumi companies to realize its fullest potential and grow up to becoming world class companies and not mere serial grantpreneurs. Again Thanks. Best Regards, Reza the reportthe report
  • 21. Report from Les’ Copaque Group Again we at LCP and LCGDI would like to thank you for the opportunity for bringing us along for the Dubai Game Expo. Truly the exposure that we got there is Very helpful for us. A European company is interested in distributing our Upin and Ipin television series to a global audience, while there was also interest in our online game spinoff, which is currently under development. Thank you. Best Regards, Syed Norfaiz Khalid Syed Ibrahim Game Developer The Futurist Foundation's initiative has helped me in a number of ways. Throughout the whole event, I have learned to better conduct presentations, how to market myself and the company I represent as a valuable resource and getting further insight how this industry works at the global stage. I have also gained valuable experience in person-to-person interactions, allowing me to enhance my interpersonal skills. I have acquired friendships, professional contacts and knowledge from some of the best. To summarise I, on behalf of the company am both blessed and humbled by being chosen to represent our country. A quote comes to mind from a Greek Philosopher named Heraclitus, "No man even steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man". I can say I am a better person professionally after participating in this event. Thank you. Hakim Sabri Game Developer the reportthe report
  • 22. Report from e One Studio Dubai Game Expo provides us with an opportunity to understand middle east market better, the kind of content that they would like and also any cultural requirements that we have to adhere to. It also has provided us with the opportunity to network. Although the number of international participants outside of MENA and ASIA are not that many, they seemed to be more relaxed and able to spend more time networking since they do not have too much back to back meeting unlike during GDC or E3. The event also provided us with the platform to network with fellow developers in MENA and explore possible collaboration. Even though there aren’t game publishers there which is our main target audience to showcase our product as we expected, the event has been very informative and a success for us. The technical quality of their talks/seminar is below our Kre8tif conference and of course below GDC’s quality, however they shared a lot about their developers experience, which is very insightful for us in deciding to penetrate MENA market. I’d like to suggest in the future to bring mobile game or mobile sms/content application developer as part of our pavilion as i see the trend in their region is still growing in mobile phone apps. -Amir the reportthe report
  • 23. Report from Hud Hud Media / Johan Nawawi Sdn Bhd Assalamu'alaikum We are very proud and honored to be invited to take part in The DUBAI games Expo 2010. This great initiative bringing our company there to Dubai from Futurist Foundation, Mdec was considered very successful though this is our first attempt in showcasing our Islamic Musical Animated Series, "UMMI" to the public. We noticed that almost all visitors who saw our product commented that our cartoon character, especially the "UMMI" character fits the Arab and the Mena market. After we explained that the "UMMI" cartoon series is an Islamic musical content, they showed even more interest. Most of them are interested to know the progress of "UMMI" and would like see "UMMI"'s show reel once it is ready for potential broadcast or syndication negotiation. To summarise it, "UMMI" has a very good potential market in the Mena - strategic economic region, the best time for release would be the next Ramadhan month. InsyaAllah. Amongst those who had visited our booth in The DUBAI games Expo 2010, are as listed below: 1. Abdul Karim Alenzi - Petra Advertising 2. Maher - MGD 3. Seyed Mohd Beheshtian - Telecom IRAN 4. A. Hamid Alasfoor - AMG group 5. Jay Wilbur - Epic Games 6. Ayoub El Gaidi - Baraem TV & JCCTV (Al Jazeerah Cartoon Network) 7. Ihsan Hasheem Al Samhouri - Buset Investments Co. 8. Saad Al-Zoubi - Brand IMC 9. Monica Yuan - Alkhaleejaralarabia 10. Tariq Syed - OneWorld Film Net 11. Asmaa Ibrahim El Hag - Emirate Of Abu Dhabi Dept of Municipal Affairs 12. Abdul rahman Al nafisa - Asateer (Art Production & Distribution) Thank you Wasalam, Johan Nawawi the reportthe report
  • 24. Report from Hezmedia First of all, I would like to thank Almighty God for His blessing to keep me alive to be able to taste such a wonderful experience... the trip to Dubai World Game Expo. I believe it is beneath His divine planning that a new company such as ours can represent Malaysia and participate in such event. I would personally give credit to Futurist Foundation lead by Sheikh Faleigh and also team from MDEC for coming up with such a brilliant ideas and does their best to ensure it goes on as planned. I realize how difficult the task is, but as one’s says, “Dimana ada kemahuan, Disitu ada jalan”. So these guys have shown us how things can be done no matter how hard it gets. At first, we are reluctant to go due to money constraint. Moreover, our company is only a year and half, plus the directors are considerably young, therefore we feel that going abroad was way too early for us. Somehow, Sheikh Faleigh manages to convince us that this will be a good investment for our own personal and professional endeavour. Then, all were past already. We are able to stand side by side with such reputable company like Les Copaque and FunCell, which have decade of experience in the content business. During the Dubai World game Expo, all of Malaysians company were supportive to each other. We get a lot of chances and opportunity to talk about our business among the delegates and this can lead to exploring new opportunities together. This I believe is a very rare occasions in normal circumstances where all the company are in survival mode. As for the visitors that came to the Malaysia pavilion, we can see that they are taking our company’s idea seriously and offer us a joint venture, distributor deals and outsourcing our game engine. This opened up our eyes to a new frontier, whereby we can be an outsourcing partner that provide a service of developing customized game for client using our self developed game engine. We also learn that Matrade is a very helpful entity that can help us penetrate the UAE market. In term of personal improvement, we believe that we have gained boost in term of our confidence in the product. The idea is well accepted and with a little more tweaking, the product is ready to capture global attention. All and all, participating in Dubai World Game Expo has given us the insight of what is going on in the game industry globally; realize the potential of our product and remarkably expand our horizon to challenge ourselves in the global arena. -Hezri the reportthe report
  • 25. Report from FUNCEL Salam, The credit definitely goes to MDeC and the Futurist Foundation. It's really an eye-opener to many bumi companies who joined the delegation especially the new companies. As for us, we managed to get a few positive leads - co-pro & distribution deal for europe market are amongst those. May Allah bless MDeC & Futurist Foundation for the hardwork & great initiative. May this will be a starting point of more initiatives to spur bumi companies in years to come. Special Thanks to my big brother; En Kamil, Sheikh Faleigh, Sani & Rafayadi - you guys ROCK! my highest gratitude for your good deeds. Syukran wa jazakallahu khairan kathiro! Best of Salam, Azrul H. Baharom CEO / Producer FUNCEL Sdn. Bhd. the reportthe report
  • 26. Report from Forest Interactive Forest Interactive are among the last company to register for Dubai World Game Expo. Not much information that we could gather in order to prepare us for the exhibition. However, we managed to prepare something for us to try to ‘sell’ for the Middle East Market. We are going without any hopes since we are not in the gaming business mainly. Although premium sms is our main business, for this exhibition we are going with interactive TV games via sms. As we go along the exhibition, we noticed that the mobile experience there in the region is very much different. Dealings with companied from around the world and how people want to sell their products makes it very interesting and we did learned a lot from it. We made a few interested parties and hopefully manage to close deal with at least one of them. We saw how Iran and Korea have a big support from their government where Iran have 2 big pavilion while Korea have minimum 10 small booth for each companies that participate. Personally, it was a good experience especially when we presented our products and talking to some of the visitors. We get much more confident in dealing with the international market. Most of them thinks that we are 1 company since everyone is very co-operative. All the companies that represent Malaysia at that time were very humble to introduce their visitors/potential clients to the other companies that are in the Malaysia Pavilion. It’s like the all-in-one shop for IT products since all the companies have different products to offer. Of course, since this is the first time that we are there at the exhibition, this is like a very good introduction and we should continue this to make sure we can maintain the presence and getting the trust. Thank you. Best Regards, Syed Abdullah the reportthe report
  • 27. Report from XADIRA Xadira was excited about taking part in the third Dubai World Game Expo, the largest platform for the online games industry in the Middle East, taking place in Dubai from Nov 29 to Dec 1. Third DWGE 2010 was our first time International exhibition participation. This event was make it happen by the Futurist Foundation with support from MDeC. It was a great exposure for Xadira as we learn a lots from International exhibitors on how to market, licensing their characters and products for International markets. Insight information of Online Gaming in Middle East, North Africa (MENA) region had really give us a lot of idea on what strategy and methods is working in marketing products here and what’s not. The event also expose us to do localization and need choose best and working payment processor in MENA region as there are issues and limitation of credit card using by people in the market if we were going to publish our content here. Xadira had several meeting with companies at the DWGE. Most of them are payment processors which we currently not interested to partner with them. Xadira also been request by one individual name John to do Facebook Application Development training at Dubai. We still waiting email from him for the next step. After went back from Dubai, Xadira been communicating with WizardProduction to test out their Web-based Facebook Games, which if it is ok, we might consider to do localization for the games. Xadira had a great exposure and experience from the Dubai World Game Expo and it open up our mind for the new horizon. We would like to thank Futurist Foundation, MDeC and everyone for bring our company there. -Nasrul the reportthe report
  • 28. Report from Salt Media Consultancy Personally, the trip to Dubai to participate in the Dubai World Games Expo was most enriching. I not only found new friends among the members of the Malaysian contingent, but my MD Shareem and I also established contact with Lubna Alsagoff, a Malaysian of Yemeni descent, who assisted many of us with foreign contacts during the Expo. Since returning to Malaysia, we have been in touch with her to explore the possibility of doing more work with Salt Media for future expos. She is seeking assistance in the area of communications and seemed most enthusiastic to work with us. With the help of MDeC and Futurist Foundation, we also made contact with twofour54 to propose a collaboration with their training academy. The representative we spoke to was Eric Macinnes who seemed very keen to explore the possibility of working with us. We have in fact written to touch base with him and will follow up with a formal letter/email soon. We also met with three people from Glow Design and Animation, a company from Egypt which was very keen to partner us in any animation or games development project. Again, we will follow up on this soon. Other than that, I submitted our company details to MyContent, Nader Muqbel of Index Media and JumJumWorld which is headed by Lubna Alsagoff. • 29. Some of our strong suggestions
Salam, After our futurist analysis on the greater growth of the Creative Industry, especially in the 3D Animation, multimedia production, Mobile applications and games development; we believe that immediate steps need to be taken: 1.MDeC needs to develop more bumiputera agenda 2.To develop a complete full detailed profile database of bumiputera companies in the Creative Development Industry 3.To established an ‘eco-system’ for the Industry 4.To nurture and guide bumiputera entrepreneurs on a regular basis 5.To encourage them to work together instead of only being a competitor 6.To expose them to the Global Market an established a Global partnerships 7.MDeC needs to identify and participate in more International Expo relating to the Creative Development Industry in the Muslim Countries. 8.MDeC needs to understand the payment policy and methods when participating in international exhibitions and conferences. Current policy must be re-visit and adhere to international policies. 9.May I suggest that instead of only a department in MDeC that is trusted for the growth of the Creative development Industry; An establishment of one agency under the patronage of MDeC’ or even an independent agency with full support of MDeC to take care of the Creative Development Industry in Malaysia. This agency will have a special task force for the development of bumiputera entrepreneurs. 10.MDeC and The Futurist Foundation must meet more now to brainstorm on the future growth of the Industry especially for the development of bumiputera companies. Thank you. Wasalam, Sheikh Faleigh Bin Sheikh Mansor; Founder & CEO; The Futurist Foundation Strong Suggestions
