2. Yogic Kriyas
Yogic kriyas are the internal cleansing processes of different body
systems, making them more efficient.
Yogic kriyas also known as 'Shuddhi Kriyas' or 'Shatkarmas' or
'Shatkriyas'.
They are six types-
Dhouti
Basti
Neti
Trataka
Nauli
Kapalbhati
3. Yogic Kriyas
• In yogic kriyas ,the five basic elements are used for cleansing
senses and various inner and outer body vents or cavities.
• Simple yogic kriyas are very beneficial pertaining to five senses
• Sensory organs are the main links between the outer world and the
brain, which collects analyses,decides ans gives direction to various
body parts and system to act.
• Hence it is essential to ensure proper hygiene of the senses by
practicing these simple yogic kriya.
5. Mukha Shuddhi
1. Danta Dhouti - Cleansing of Teeth by use of fingertips
2. Danta Moola Dhouti - Massaging of Gums
3. Jivha Dhouti - Cleansing of the Tongue
4. Jivha Moola Dhouti - Cleansing of the root area of the Tongue
