physical, mental and social
well being and not merely the
absence of disease or infirmity,
thus lifestyle which not only
concentrate on physical health
of person but also mental and
spiritual health is included
under healthy Lifestyle.
5. In Ayurveda, perfect lifestyle is mentioned for healthy life in
Sanhitas. It includes the daily regime or routine schedule
called Dincharya which should be followed for healthy life.

22. Following six factors are responsible for proper digestion
of food.
• Ushma
• Vaayu Apakashati – Divides the food into tiny particles
and propels to the next organ.
• Kleda – disintegrate the mass to form a soft mucliages
substance.
• Kaala – Allows the food to get properly digested and
absorbed.
• Sneha – makes food soft for digestion
• Samyoga – Brings about Dhaatu saamya

Aharaparinamkar bhavas and knowledge of viruddha
ahara. We have to follow healthy life style also.
• Thus all will help us to manage and prevent the life style
disorders.
