Sept. 2012 - Dec. 2012: Part-time Program Director for Investours Tanzania, a concept that combines micro-finance and tourism. I was responsible for restructuring and professionalizing the operations, including the training of staff. www.investours.org From 2010 to 2012 I also spent my time on developing my own organic farm in Tanzania. On the 40 acre farm we grow pineapples, cassava and bananas. Part of the farm is used for organic poultry with local chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, turkeys and geese.
