Work, Checking Automatic fire protection system (CO2 Flooding, DCP type & Fire Alarm systems)
installation, Testing & Servicing.

1) Automatic Fire Suppression System:
• We deal with Automatic Fire Detection and Suppression System for Heavy Earth Moving
Equipment used in Mining and construction Industry.
• The System uses a Linear Heat Detection (LHD) cable 180 degrees C for Detection and Dry
Chemical Powder for suppression of fire. The LHD cable is routed around the hazard areas like
Turbo Charger, Exhaust Manifold etc.,
• A Control unit (powered from the equipment with 24V DC Supply battery) detects the short and
activates the following:
1. Audio-Visual Alarm
2. Suppression System
3. Engine shut off system
• The systems are supplied to major manufacturers of Earth Moving Equipment like BEML,
Caterpillar, Komatsu, L&T, Volvo, Telcon, etc.
• Provision also exists to activate the system manually in the event of fire.
2) CO2 Flooding System:
• The Fire Protection System for Electrical Panels, Generators, Server Racks, CNC Machines and
other Electrical Equipment call for early detection of fire and suppression by flooding CO2/Clean
Agent gas besides giving out an Audio-Visual Alarm.
• The detection of fire is preliminary done by Fire De Tec Tube, which detects fire anywhere along
with its length. The Tube is flexible and can be conveniently routed to cover various hazard areas.
• The Fire De Tec Tube is a linear heat sensing tube made up of high tech polymer material to cater
to long term leak resistance, flexibility, accurate and consistent heat sensitivity.
• Provisions also exist for activating Audio-Visual Alarm and switching off power to the equipment
by operation of a Pressure Switch.
• The Detection and Suppression of fire do not require any electrical power for operation.
3) Fire Alarm System:
• The Fire Alarm System is a Protection system for Smoke Detectors, Flame Detectors, Heat
Detectors, etc.
• There are two types of Fire Alarm System which are Addressable System and Non-Addressable
System.
• These systems are used in Chemical Labs, Record Rooms, Industrial Work Stations, etc.
