After one year of retirement, I established my own consultancy business; WorkForce Commercial Services, through which
I have been providing HR and Management consultancy to companies in Saudi Arabia. My chief client has been Saudi
Chevron Philips (S-Chem) in Jubail. Besides working on HR policies, I am also mentoring and training their staff.

Saudi Aramco is the world’s largest oil company with proven reserves of 260 billion barrels producing 8-10 million barrels
per day. Aramco has more than 54,000 regular employees on eight major payrolls, not including subsidiaries and joint

management. I have overseen and worked on many Surveys and salary programs. I also worked on automation of Salary
Administration and Performance Management.
1996 – 2001 Information Technology Sr. IT Project Manager
I worked with the SAP/HR implementation team during the product evaluation. Thereafter, I was appointed to Head the
HR Implementation project. HR was the first SAP module to be implemented putting us under tremendous pressure
leading a $600+ MM investment. Our success provided an excellent experience/platform for all other modules.
1994 – 1995 HR Policy & Planning Sr. HR Policy Analyst
Assigned to Benefits and Personnel Policies, I participated in the review and revision of many programs and policies.
1991 – 1994 International Recruitment Head
Initially, and especially after the 1990-91 Gulf War, I oversaw the relocation function managing all matters relating to
relocating accepted applicants to Saudi Arabia. Thereafter; and for a period of two years, I oversaw the entire organization.
Saudi Aramco recruits mainly from US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Other European Countries, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, India,
Pakistan, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
1983 – 1991 International Recruitment Employment Representative
I worked with the International Recruitment (Expatriate Employment) organization in various capacities overseeing
recruitment for various organizations in the company including Manufacturing, Supply & Transportation, Exploration and
Producing, Engineering and Operations Services, Medical Services, Office Services and Human Resources.
1979 – 1983 Career Development Scholarship
I attended University in the USA on a scholarship program sponsored by Aramco.
