today are through personal selling distribution systems and

• Independent property and casualty agents
• A personal-producing general agent

● Some property and casualty insurers use mass
merchandising plans to market their insurance.
Banc Assurance
An arrangement in which a bank and an insurance company
form a partnership so that the insurance company can sell
its products to the bank's client base.
