This document provides location planning details for an upcoming film assignment. It lists potential filming locations in Windsor, Camden, East London, London City, and Slough. For each location, it provides information on access, permission needs, busyness, and whether it is a public area. It also includes backup location options. Photos of each location are presented. Risks are large crowds and traffic, but care will be taken. The main obstacle is anticipated busy-ness of locations, which will be addressed by filming at less busy times and areas. Travel between locations will mainly be via train.

The main obstacle we will encounter will be large amounts of people, as many of the
locations are very busy during the day. We will avoid this by utilising the less busy parts of
the locations.
The main hazard will be cars and vehicles surrounding us whilst we are filming, we will
avoid this by using common sense at all times and being aware of our surroundings.
We will be using Brixton as a back-up location for Slough.
We will be using Slough Trading Estate as a back up for our London City location.

• Overall there are few risks with the locations which we are using.
• The main risk we will encounter is cars & vehicles. This could be a key risk
within the London City location, as we will be utilising a potentially busy
roundabout.
• However we will take special care with our filming and always use our
common sense as to not endanger ourselves.
The busy city roundabout
17. Obstacles with locations:
• The main obstacle we will face will be the amount of people and large
crowds that will be surrounding our locations.
• Many of our locations are iconic and often busy, and this may cause people
to turn round and look at the camera which would result in a less
professional video.
• However, we will do our best to avoid this by going at the least busiest times
possible, and going to specific locations that are not as busy.
