Mission
My passion is leadership. People (clients/customers) matter to me. I have a great
passion for mentoring managers to think and function as (new) leaders.

My mission for the next five years is to coach one manager per week on average to
improve their leadership skills. That would add up to 250 better leaders, who feel
confident and empowered, 250 happy life partners, 250 companies or organizations
that perform better, many satisfied customers and suppliers and last but not least:
between 2,500 and 10,000 employees who go about their jobs with enthusiasm and
a new vitality.

If I am able to help so many individuals achieve more of their potential in both their
work and their personal lives, I will have achieved a meaningful legacy.
