Closed sales have
leveled off and are
slightly lower than
last year but at this
time and nearly at
the healthy 2004
sales levels.

Sales have been
steady           and
inventory remains
rather thin in entry
level         priced
properties under
$400,000      which
accounts for 77% of
sales.
