ANNOTATION: I modified the learning task on the level of the learner and make it easy for her/him, to understand as my intervention strategies. And
provided illustration with guided instructions since the lesson was not well explained in their module. I made some adjustment in my
second ILMP by evaluating the factors affecting the study habit of the learner at home and in last ILMP I advised the learner to look for
more supervised time with his learner facilitator or parent. It helped the learners in making significant progress and reached mastery of
the competencies in learning plan.

ANNOTATION: in my third ILMP I gave them additional task or activity different from the module with the same target competency and advised the
learner to look for more supervised time with his learner facilitator or parent. It helped the learners in making significant progress and
reached mastery of the competencies in learning plan and through supervision of parent the learner can easily finished the task on the
set schedule.

ANNOTATION: I have developed and sent them a MELC- based video lessons, Powerpoint and video clips that related to our
topics and encouraged them to surf in the youtube channel to view related lessons, as a supplementary
material for learners for the better understanding the topics. I also sent learning activity sheets in our group
chat (messenger) and in goggle classroom, Since still we are in the pandemic and Covid 19 is very much
contagious I advised them to sent their output in the goggle classroom or via messenger as an alternative way
of submitting their outputs.

ANNOTATION: My reflective Summary describes my personal experience in dealing learners and implementing distance Learning Delivery Modalities
Course 2 (LDM2) for Teachers, shows depth of analysis and thorough work experience, and how I relate it to professional standards and to
my professional and personal development goals. To sum it up, LDM course for Teachers capacitated and upgraded me on the
approaches and innovations that helps to enhance my performance in managing technological resources to address the needs of my
learners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
NAME OF ARTIFACT: Reflective Summary
PPST STRAND: 7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to improve practice
-Learning Delivery Modalities Course 2 (LDM2) for Teachers developed and prepared me to overcome the challenges of the new normal in the field of education. The
Individual Development Plan we prepared under this course helped me assess my weaknesses and strengths in terms of my teaching practices. With LDM 2 for
Teachers I am now capable of preparing my Weekly Home Learning Plans (WHLP) and considering learners in selecting the appropriate Learning Resources (LRs) to
supplement the Self-Learning Modules (SLMs.). It helped me managed the teaching-learning process by providing me enough knowledge and skills through webinars
in selecting and implementing the right approaches to the modalities offered in our school.
-LDM 2 Course for Teachers much challenging, yet this sharpened a lot of skills and knowledge that I have now. This made me stronger on how to deal with the
challenges that arise in daily undertakings. This course opened a lot of opportunities for teachers like me. The experiences and learning in the new normal equipped
me the wisdom, strength and confidence to develop my Practicum Portfolio efficiently and effectively just to cater and deliver the needs of the learner to fully
equipped them despite of the new normal.
-
LDM 2 Course for Teachers improved the readiness and preparedness of learning delivery modalities in response to COVID 19 pandemic. When LDM 2 for Teachers
was not yet introduced, I doubt myself that and thought that I could not efficiently deliver learning to our learners in this new normal situation. But when the LDM
course was implemented nationwide, all my worries were lessen and fully relieved when I was fully equipped with the new system of delivering lessons to the learner.
The collection of artifacts reflects what I did and what I have achieved after completing the LDM 2 Course for Teachers. The artifacts could tell what I have gained and
learned from the course and what I have discovered from myself. It made me realize that as teacher/educator I need to adapt to the new system of learning delivery
to address the learners needs. It also sharpened a lot of skills that I have now. Both of my Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills were also developed. Despite the
challenges I have encountered every day, I am very much grateful to Department of Education (DepEd) for the opportunity and chance to attend of this kind of
course. It served as my weapon to perform my job confidently and efficiently. Finally, I am proud to say that I have delivered a quality of instruction to my learners .

NAME OF ARTIFACT: MOVs on engaging learners for their progress and achievement
PPST STRAND: 5.2 - Monitoring and evaluation of learner progress and achievement
ANNOTATION: I constantly monitored and evaluated learners' progress and achievement by checking and recording their
outputs. I immediately give feedbacks and reminders through different platforms such as personal
messages, texts messages, phone and video calls. I even assisted those students who lagged by providing
them a video lesson or illustrations with guided instructions and modify some questions for the learners
that need more assistance.

ANNOTATION:
I maintained a good professional relationship with my colleagues and developed a professional
engagement by attending and participating in LAC sessions, INSET, and faculty meetings. We have several
group chats created to disseminate information and other concerns related to our work. These were
several ways to maintain our professional links with our colleagues and to my head teachers.

LDM 2 for Teachers
created a group chats for my advisory for announcements, reminders and updates. It's also an avenue in answering
parents/student queries. I also conducted a short meeting with parents to inform and brief them of the modalities we
offer in our school. I also assisted parents dropping off modules in school and guide them if there will be changes of the
said dates in releasing modules. And if not reached by any way of communication, I haven’t no choice but to visit the
learner at home.

  • 3. 3 NAME OF ARTIFACT: Individual Learning Monitoring Plans PPST STRAND: 3.1 - Learner’s gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences. LDM Artifacts: Required ANNOTATION: I modified the learning task on the level of the learner and make it easy for her/him, to understand as my intervention strategies. And provided illustration with guided instructions since the lesson was not well explained in their module. I made some adjustment in my second ILMP by evaluating the factors affecting the study habit of the learner at home and in last ILMP I advised the learner to look for more supervised time with his learner facilitator or parent. It helped the learners in making significant progress and reached mastery of the competencies in learning plan. LDM 2 for Teachers
  • 4. LDM Artifacts: Required 4 NAME OF ARTIFACT: Individual Learning Monitoring Plans PPST STRAND: 3.1 - Learner’s gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences. ANNOTATION: in my third ILMP I gave them additional task or activity different from the module with the same target competency and advised the learner to look for more supervised time with his learner facilitator or parent. It helped the learners in making significant progress and reached mastery of the competencies in learning plan and through supervision of parent the learner can easily finished the task on the set schedule. Due to health crises, as an alternative way in reaching the students, I've made group chat and posted screenshots of LAS to students/parents' Messenger, created video mediated instruction and slide deck for the learners. I attended queries through different platforms such as personal messages, texts messages, phone and video calls. I selected and redesigned the tasks suited for my learners, provided detailed instructions as reflected in my WHLP . NAME OF ARTIFACT: Teacher-made/ modified learning resources PPST STRAND: 4.5 - Teaching and learning resources including ICT MODULAR DISTANCE LEARNING ANNOTATION: I have developed a MELC-based Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) that is based on the level of the learner. My second LAS is an evidence of the great improvements. Concept notes were presented clearly and with more illustrations and examples. The second LAS is more engaging because all concepts needed to accomplish the assigned tasks are presented in this LAS. Varied types of tasks were also included in the second LAS. I also developed Slide Deck Lessons and Video Mediated Instructions as supplementary materials for learners to better understand the topics in their LAS. I also advised them to search the uploaded video lessons in Youtube for them to understand easily. I created group chat in Messenger and using Many Chat that most of my students found it fun and exciting way to learn remotely. I wrote also self-made Learners Activity Sheets(LAS) that is suited to learners. And encourage the learners to access digital LAS and Shared Google Drives for them to organize their digital portfolio. Google Forms were used as an alternative way in submitting written tests and performance task outputs or in the messenger. LDM Artifacts: Required LDM 2 for Teachers

ANNOTATION: My reflective Summary describes my personal experience in dealing learners and implementing distance Learning Delivery Modalities Course 2 (LDM2) for Teachers, shows depth of analysis and thorough work experience, and how I relate it to professional standards and to my professional and personal development goals. To sum it up, LDM course for Teachers capacitated and upgraded me on the approaches and innovations that helps to enhance my performance in managing technological resources to address the needs of my learners during the COVID-19 pandemic. NAME OF ARTIFACT: Reflective Summary PPST STRAND: 7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to improve practice -Learning Delivery Modalities Course 2 (LDM2) for Teachers developed and prepared me to overcome the challenges of the new normal in the field of education. The Individual Development Plan we prepared under this course helped me assess my weaknesses and strengths in terms of my teaching practices. With LDM 2 for Teachers I am now capable of preparing my Weekly Home Learning Plans (WHLP) and considering learners in selecting the appropriate Learning Resources (LRs) to supplement the Self-Learning Modules (SLMs.). It helped me managed the teaching-learning process by providing me enough knowledge and skills through webinars in selecting and implementing the right approaches to the modalities offered in our school. -LDM 2 Course for Teachers much challenging, yet this sharpened a lot of skills and knowledge that I have now. This made me stronger on how to deal with the challenges that arise in daily undertakings. This course opened a lot of opportunities for teachers like me. The experiences and learning in the new normal equipped me the wisdom, strength and confidence to develop my Practicum Portfolio efficiently and effectively just to cater and deliver the needs of the learner to fully equipped them despite of the new normal. - LDM 2 Course for Teachers improved the readiness and preparedness of learning delivery modalities in response to COVID 19 pandemic. When LDM 2 for Teachers was not yet introduced, I doubt myself that and thought that I could not efficiently deliver learning to our learners in this new normal situation. But when the LDM course was implemented nationwide, all my worries were lessen and fully relieved when I was fully equipped with the new system of delivering lessons to the learner. The collection of artifacts reflects what I did and what I have achieved after completing the LDM 2 Course for Teachers. The artifacts could tell what I have gained and learned from the course and what I have discovered from myself. It made me realize that as teacher/educator I need to adapt to the new system of learning delivery to address the learners needs. It also sharpened a lot of skills that I have now. Both of my Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills were also developed. Despite the challenges I have encountered every day, I am very much grateful to Department of Education (DepEd) for the opportunity and chance to attend of this kind of course. I immediately give feedbacks and reminders through different platforms such as personal messages, texts messages, phone and video calls. I even assisted those students who lagged by providing them a video lesson or illustrations with guided instructions and modify some questions for the learners that need more assistance.
