Implemented transition from traditional environment to self-directed work teams.  HR lead for the redesign and implementation of the organizational and functional layout of a manufacturing facility employing 340 employees with sales volumes of $ 70 million annually.  Improved communication between management and labor by implementing a leadership committee of salaried and hourly employees, which served as the basis for information dissemination, and problem resolution.
