3. Does it cost more to order a shed than to choose one from your stock?
No, There is no additional cost to get a shed made to order versus buying an identical shed from our stock.
Additional costs will apply if you order optional upgrades.*
Do the colors I choose affect the price?
When ordering a shed we offer a wide selection of siding, trim, shutter, and shingle colors that are included in the
base cost.
Are the sheds delivered fully assembled or built on site?
Typically our sheds are delivered fully assembled, however if there is limited access we do offer build on site, and various
other delivery services and options. See page 23 for more information.
Do you offer site preparation? How much does it cost?
Yes, We offer full services for site preparation to get your site ready for your structure. Costs vary
by zip code, size of structure, and extent of site preparation needed. Please see a sales associate for pricing.
Can I create the layout I want?
Yes, When ordering a custom structure, you choose where you’d like your doors and windows at no additional charge.
Are ridge vents and gable vents important?
Ventilating your shed provides proper airflow and is important to prevent mildew and build up of fumes from chemicals includ-
ing gasoline or paint that you may store in your shed. Adding ridge vents or gable vents lets fresh air in and allows regular air
circulation which can decrease the interior temperature by up to 20 degrees.
Can I increase the wall height?
Wall height can be raised in 6” increments on select styles. Please ask a sales associate if this option is available for your specific model.
How are the double garages delivered?
Double garages are delivered in halves with minimal on site assembly.
What does roof pitch mean?
The angle, or pitch, of a roof is calculated by the number of inches it rises vertically for every 12 inches it extends horizontally.
For example, a roof that rises 6 inches for every 12 inches of horizontal run has a 6/12 pitch.
What are the differences between the A-frame, Cape Cod, and Classic styles?
The A-Frame has a 5/12 Roof Pitch, an economical choice, but not a lot of overhead space. The Cape Cod has a 7/12 Roof Pitch,
and offers a fair amount of space for lofts and overhead storage, and often is a close match for newer homes. The Classic offers a
9/12 roof pitch. See page 20 for pictured example.

We use a pressure treated lumber
foundation, premium grade lumber
and plywood in the construction of our
buildings.
Dura-Temp Siding
Walls are sheeted with 5/8” Dura-Temp
siding for a stronger structure. Precise
measurements and precise lumber cuts
are important for neat fit and finished
structures.
Drip Edge & Trim
We use maintenance-free aluminum drip
edge to enclose roof edges. We also use
maintenance free vinyl Perma- Trim for
Signature Painted shed door trim.
Wooden Doors
Wooden doors are braced well and
painted on the inside for optimum
function over time.
Fiberglass Doors
Raised panel doors are made of fiberglass
panels to resist rot or rust. The fiberglass
panel is woodgrain texture and accepts
paint very well.
Vinyl Siding
We use residential grade vinyl siding
over 1/2” plywood for the maintenance-
free exterior. We use all the proper
J-channels and corners to make a water-
tight structure.
Doors
Doors are mounted with strong metal
hinges, and long life keyed latches. Our
construction techniques are designed to
minimize warping.
Windows
Slider windows have aluminum frames
and include screens. Shutters are made
of maintenance-free vinyl.
Options
We offer many options and upgrades
to our buildings, from cupolas and
weathervanes to ramps and lofts.
Construction Features
26. We offer site preparation for your new structure, this service is completed by our own in house
professionals. Site preparation creates a solid structural support, water drainage, and helps to
prolong the life of your structure. All site preparations come with a one year warranty, if your
site would shift during that time our professionals will come out and re-level your shed.
Includes ground leveling, followed by a layer of crushed
stone, and is perfect for adding your own touch in
landscaping around your structure.

Standard Truck Delivery
Shed delivery pricing varies by distance and shed size, ask
a sales associate for pricing. Direct access by truck to site
where shed is being placed is required for standard truck
and trailer delivery. All of our deliveries are handled in
house by our own experienced drivers so you can enjoy
a stress free experience.
If you have tight access or are concerned about property
damage caused by a truck and trailer, the Mule
maneuvers around obstacles with ease and can set
sheds in place where it would otherwise be impossible.
