Reporting to Office
Welcome from Front office Executive.
Directed to HR Department
Meet with HR representative to complete required paperwork.
HR representative shares the agenda of the day.
Greeting Message
HR representative sends welcome mail to new joiner
If possible can display their name on notice board.
Industrial Tour
 Provide industry tour to employee. Be familiar with other
departments.
Employee Induction Program
HR representative shares employee induction sheet to new joiner
Induction by different Departments
New joiner undergone different induction program conducting by
department heads
Verify Employee Induction program
sheet
HR representative verify and analysis the new joiner filled induction
sheet.
Familiar with his department
 Introduce new joiner to his co-workers and reporting Head
Direct to Work Place
 Greet the employee, introduce him/her to the work space,
including where personal items are kept.
Facilities Information
 Provide facilities access information, security information, and keys.
 Answer any immediate questions the employee may have.
Get acquainted with his work
 Give employee some time to get acquainted with his or her work
space
Familiar with Job
 Schedule time for employee to become familiar with computer
systems.
 Arrange for employee to receive any instructions and codes for
photocopier, fax, and other equipment or machinery he/she will
use.
 Go over any pertinent office policies and procedures (office hours,
lunches and break times, phone coverage, etc.).
 Allow time for the employee to settle in and review all of the
information provided to him/her throughout the day.
Feedback of the day
 HR Meet with the employee to debrief the day, answer any pending
questions, and provide and explain the schedule and activities for
the next several days.
