2. E.ON Account - Assigned to organise and deliver key Programme initiative to replace an estimated 19,602 ageing End of
Lifecycle infrastructure and Application servers across the whole E.ON European/Asian wide Enterprise Estate predominantly
by HP’s own UK and Germany based Cloud delivered technology. Engaged with numerous Pan European HP and Client
Organisations to define Delivery Model, set expectations and determine requirements. Directed design and development of
Application Environment Solution Diagramming Tool and supporting processes to successfully provide for an effective co-
ordination of up to 4,651 Client Application based Project Requests through Assessment, Design and Delivery Stages. Thus
effectively formulating a new contractual BAU Service Offering to the Account and in support of HP’s EMEA wide Portfolio of
numerous infrastructure & Application remediation & upgrade programmes requiring similar reviews of designs & technology
solutions. Negotiated agreements with Pan Account Capability Teams, Data Centre Ops, Networks, Storage & Third Party
suppliers so to provide locked in Budget forecasts for remaining term of Client contract.
DWP Account – Assigned as the Senior Applications Portfolio Programme/Project Manager to oversee upgrade of
antiquated Applications suite. Quickly gained high acclaim of key Account Stakeholders in aligning definitions of HP’s PPMC
reporting tool to match DWP compliance standards & by instigating an Environmental Assessment process fully integrated
within the Delivery Model to deliver immeasurable long term savings. Coordinated assessment of IT Infrastructure Asset &
Configuration Management controls across an estate of 7,000+ items, questioning prevailing Cost Models & identifying
£2.6m+ in unaccounted costs within reported Net Book Values. Plus provided revised integrated project delivery processes to
ensure accuracy of future Inventory reports. Last year personally returned £538K in fees from just 44.5% in chargeable
assignments achieving an 18.47% increase in the averaged Project Health check rating to 9.13 out of 10.00
Pfizer Account - Assigned as the Regional APMO Manager for EMEA/APAC to manage a portfolio of mainly failing projects
requiring a spread workload to cater for regional time variances plus reporting to US based Global HP & customer
Management. Successfully turned position around inside 10 months by implementing & enforcing core project disciplines &
improved processes with a self designed combined Global Projects dashboard report. Resulting in 43 consecutive above
satisfactory deliveries including hardware refreshes, printer replacements & office moves with direct personal management of
Global deliveries & key projects including the renewal of SAP Hand Units & site infrastructure at 17 Warehouse sites & the
