 Maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge on automation control panels such as
Compression machine, Fluid bed drier, Rotary mixer granulation, Blending machine,
Coating machine, 2D code machine, Bottle packing and Blister packing machine.
 Responsible for Calibration & documentation such as SOP creation/revision, Annual
calibration Schedule preparation, Qualifying and documenting the new machine’s PLC
through performing the PLC Validation.
 Maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge on various automation panels.
 Planning and executing the Instruments calibration and service activity for every month.
 Responsible to procure and maintain the instrumentation related spares.
 Carry out the duties assigned by the management.
 Guiding and supervising the technicians working under me.
