Pendant des années, j’ai pensé que mes réussites professionnelles étaient basées sur une suite de coïncidences. Que la reconnaissance de mes pairs était injustifiée pour la fraude que j’étais. Je ne comprenais pas que les autres n’arrivaient pas à voir que les compétences qu’on me reconnaissait n’étaient qu’une couche de vernis mal maîtrisée. Je vivais dans la peur et le stress d’être prise en faute. Et puis un jour, j’ai pu mettre des mots sur ce que je vivais : le syndrome de l’imposteur. J’ai compris que tout cela n’était qu’une scénarisation dans ma tête qui me conduisait à l’auto-sabotage et qui m’empêchait d’accéder à une certaine sérénité. Je vous propose avec ce talk quelques tips qui m’ont grandement aidée.
