• Once a job is accepted, Yagnaum forwards a max of 2 shortlisted candidates,
along with their Profile Commentary & References/Credentials in a max of 2
weeks
o Yagnaum needs client’s exclusivity consent of a requirement for a
period of 2 weeks, so not to allow any compromise in the effort and the

Interview Guarantee:
We pay a client $500 if, during an interview, they find that the candidate is not
able to justify any part of his Resume.
(After Hire) Performance Double-Guarantee
If a client is not satisfied with the hired candidate’s performance, they let us
know any time within the first 30 Days and we shall not charge the client for this
time
Also, we shall pay the client, $5000 for the damages caused ‘coz of delay in their
project
Also, to keep up with the rapid changes in the technology, We pay up to $1000
each year in tuition fees/training to up-skill the talent for each hire
