- Monitor the Product Critical Parameter behavior through Run Chart “X / R Charts“.
- Eliminate the manual error and Develop / Implement the Poka – Yoke system.
- Cross function team member in preparing process flow chart, Control Plan, Process
FMEA, Work instruction, Process monitoring chart.
- Inspect developed parts and prepare ISAR (PPAP) for the products.
- Conducting SPC on shop floor & conduct MSA study.
- Responsible for incoming, in process, pre dispatch inspection and final product
inspection.
- Working for customer quality, handling of customer complaints and satisfy
customer requirements.
- To be a part in the continual improvement projects..
- Preparation of PPAP & APQP Documents.
- Maintaining 3C & 5S in Shop Floor.
- Formulate / Implement the system to control the Pre – Dispatch products Quality
(Appearance, Dimensional, Labeling, Packing Condition and other customer specific
requirements).
- Monitor the In Process Inspection effectiveness through the Final Inspection Non –
Conformance.
- Analyze the Final Inspection Non – Conformance and Identify the Preventive Action
to control the In Process Inspection.
QUALITY SYSTEM:
- Awareness in ISO / TS 16949: 2009.
- Preparing all the QA documents relevant for Control Plan, Work Instruction, FMEA,
Operation Standards and Formats.
- Identify the Instruments, which are directly related to product Quality, and
conducting MSA studies for those Instruments..
- Preparing all the MRM documents relevant for QA (Internal Rejection / Cost of poor
Quality / In Process Non Conformance / External Customer Complaint / Supplier
Performance etc.)
- Conducting Process Capability Studies for the critical parameter which we
mentioned in Control Plan and analyze the result.
- Monitor the Process performance through Cp, Cpk.
- Conducting Product / Process / System audit at some frequency (inter Department)
in line with ISO / TS 16949: 2009 requirements.
- Conducting all the Internal Calibration and maintain the records as per the TS
requirements.
- Prepare / Control / maintain all the QA TS documents.
