Once you make a habit out of getting to know yourself
better day by day, you can move on to Chapter 2 -
Upgrading Yourself.
You don't have to share your results with anyone, this is
made just for you as a daily healthy practice.

Life has many layers that we sometimes
forget or ignore, because we are simply
too busy to prioritize only few of them.

5. Truth is, if we fail to nurture equally all
layers, then we will constantly be in a
roller-coaster of what to choose next
and which layer is worth our
immediate attention.
Chances are, there are just a few
areas that you are focusing the most
on and keep ignoring the others until
you find yourself overwhelmed,
anxious or even depressed.

GOOD NEWS!
All of this can be approached in a
structured, easy way to follow.
There are so many opinions out
there about how you could divide
life into essential areas, which
tools to use, blah blah.
However, in the end, this choice
comes to YOU. You are free to
divide your life into 3 or 6 or 20
areas if you'd like, as long as you
also set up a SYSTEM in which
you can plan, follow and evaluate
how well you are doing in each.

Personally, I like to use one concept created by Jon & Missy Butcher called "The Lifebook".
Jon & Missy talk about the following 12 essential areas of life:

As you might have guessed by now,
the purpose of the 30 Days Unboxing
Yourself Challenge is to walk you
through all these 12 life areas and
make you reflect a bit on some very
important topics and things in your
life right now.
I believe there is no end to
discovering ourselves and that's just
fine, because there shouldn't be one
either.

I believe that constant
growth, eagerness to
learn and evolve happen
even without realizing it.
Sometimes we might
ignore it intentionally,
but most of the times
we just don't see it
clearly enough.
Try NOT TO JUMP from
one day to the other or
even do multiple
challenges in the same
day! It is important to
take THE TIME to truly
reflect upon each topic
daily.

You can always find the answers within. The very question that you might be struggling
with points you to the direction towards the answer.
The harder part is always LISTENING. We rarely know how to listen to ourselves, we are
lost in the never ending battle between the mind and the heart.
We are in a constant pursue for MORE even when we are uncertain about what it is that
we ACTUALLY DO HAVE right now.
● Take your notes, your most intimate thoughts and re-discuss them with yourself.
Always pay attention where a pattern pops up again into your behaviour and
actions.
● Even better, talk about them with a friend, a family member. I don't think any of
us is able to do it alone.
Whether or not we realize it, we all have someone in our life that is there to listen and
give advice on how to proceed further with a big decision we are facing.
We are here in order to serve the others. But first, we need to serve us and be ready to
shine our light in the life of others.
