I can’t say enough good things about Gloria! Gloria helped
my husband and I buy our first home. She explained the
processes that we would go through quite thoroughly so
when it came time, we were not surprised by what came
next. This is so important in the house-buying process,
especially when you’re a newbit! Gloria answered every
question to completion and we had a LOT of questions.
Gloria had a really good idea of what we were looking for
after our discussions, so the houses she showed us were
all reflective of what we wanted. She is incredibly thorough
in regards to aspects of the house that I had little aware-
ness of —i.e. hard-to-notice water damage, places where
something had been repaired or touched up...all the little
nuts and bolts that most people overlook that she had an
eye for. In the end, we ended up getting the house of our
dreams. Both my husband and I felt like we were in really
good hands during the whole process. I cannot recom-
mend Gloria enough!

Gloria helped my fiancee and I buy our first house. She
was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She sat
down with us at the start and figured out everything we
wanted in our first home. She then told us everything
we should expect along our journey. From the highs and
excitement of placing our offer, to the lows and anxiety
of waiting to close. She was ALWAYS a text, phone call,
or e-mail away and prompt to respond no matter how
ridiculous a question we had for her. I am beyond glad we
decided to go with Gloria for our first purchase. I would
highly recommend her to anybody who would be looking
to buy a home!

The highest praise I can give Gloria is to say that at every
point in the process of selling and buying, it always felt like
we were her ONLY clients. I know that wasn’t the case, but
it didn’t change how it felt.
She was fierce when she needed to get answers, she was
understanding and patient with all our questions, and she
knew us well enough to pinpoint exactly what we wanted.
No matter how bumpy it got with buyers and sellers, law-
yers and bankers, I always knew we had one person that
had our back. Period. From now on, hers will be the name

Gloria is an amazing realtor! Her enthusiastic and cheerful
disposition, her desire to help in any way, her knowledge,
honesty, integrity, and energy all guarantee a successful
and pleasant experience. I tried to sell my home for five
years during the time when the market fell. I listed with var-
ious realtors and sadly had no success. Moving out of state
complicated things even more.
Gloria was such a blessing in the process! She got right in
and wasted no time pursuing every avenue to ensure my

From the moment I met Gloria there was no doubt in my
mind I had chosen the right person to help me with the
biggest purchase of my life. She was professional, warm
and friendly, giving me a comfort level from the get go.
Gloria explained every aspect of the home buying pro-
cess as it came along, tirelessly showed me way to many
homes, and helped my get my dream home as quickly
and effortlessly as possible. Some of my experience was a
little bumpy, not on Glorias’ side, and she would get things
resolved for me almost immediately. I cannot emphasize

Gloria is awesome! If your looking for someone to help
navigate you through the process of buying or selling
your home, she is the one. We wanted to sell our existing
home and buy property to build our new home on, and in
the process bought a foreclosure home to live in tempo-
rarily until our house is built. What a process it was, but
she was great! Our house sold quickly and the property
got tricky with multiple buyers and she helped us secure
it. She knew just what to do! The foreclosure was reday
for us to move in just as we closed on the house we just
sold. Timing was great and we didn’t feel rushed. She was
quick to respond with any questions or to schedule prop-
erties we wanted to view. Her knowledge with real estate
and how it all works and what to look for and to expect
is astounding . She made us feel comfortable through the
whole experience and now we are well on our way build-
ing our dream home on land we love. Thank you Gloria,

If you are looking to purchase a home, Gloria was our re-
altor for my wife and I when we decided to upgrade from
our first/starter home to our second home. We cannot
thank her enough for her patience and professionalism, as
when you are looking to sell and purchase a home it is an
exciting but very stressful time. Gloria explained from the
beginning that there will be high and low points through-
out the process. But as a seller and a buyer you soon
forget and you may want to pull your hair out. It is at that
point when it is key to have the right realtor, like Gloria,
on your side. During the process, we encountered every-
thing from government loan requirements to sellers going
without a realtor. Gloria understood the processes of each
and eased us through some tough spots and was often
the mediator/negotiator. Often reminding us of what
we needed to do in spite of our emotions running high.
When buying or selling or doing both at the same time,
you need a realtor that knows the process, laws, codes,
and regulations. You need a realtor that can react to the
changes and roller coaster process without being emo-
tional and understands your wants and needs. You need
a Realtor that you can vent to but also celebrate with.

TION! It was great to have her in our corner when dealing
