The number of Hispanic-owned businesses in Arizona is approaching 70,000, with one third owned by Hispanic women and one third owned by immigrants. Regarding healthcare, Phoenix Hispanics spent nearly $1 billion in 2013. Hispanics represented the largest share, 56%, of those who enrolled in health insurance that year compared to the previous year. If you want to succeed as a business you need to have a strategy of how to
reach and communicate with Hispanics. This isn’t something that a any
company can afford to put off. We need to engage in the new multicultural
reality.
