4. Disbursement and donor lists
Disbursement occurs each month
With your disbursement you will get a reconciled
donation sheet with donor name (unless
anonymous), email address, donation amount and
any fees.
You will get this towards the end of the month
after the donation has been made (April funds will
be disbursed in May, etc)
You can see your donation information (gross)
on your project page once you are logged in.

You can access
time by logging on to the Project Entry site on
GlobalGiving.org
This site also allows you to download all of your
past donation information
Please note this provides gross donation
information (not counting fees or add ons)
You can send thank you notes directly through
the GlobalGiving site.
6. Adding and Editing Projects
Now that you have succeeded in the challenge you
are eligible to enter as many projects as you’d
like to on the site. (Don’t forget you have to report
on all projects on the site, though.)
Don’t forget to press “Validate and Submit” in tab 5.
Once you submit, GG staff reviews and approves
the projects. Projects will be up on the site in about
two business days!
7. Project Ranking
Ranking is used for:
Search
Homepage
Based on:
Project reports (40%)
Donors (20%)
Volume raised (20%)
Closeness to goal (20%)
New project bonus! (first 90 days)

8. Project Reports
Project reports are required every three
months
They are sent out to all your donors and are
posted on your project page
Project reports (~100-600 words) can contain:
Progress of your project and accomplishments
Beneficiary stories
Quotes
Impact Numbers, especially related to your donation
options
Upcoming or past events
Pictures
9. When are projects taken off of www.
globalgiving.org?
Projects remain on GlobalGiving until they are funded or
taken down for non-compliance.
Fully funded
You will receive a notification from our staff when your
project is nearing or reaches full funding.
If your project has been fully funded in part by outside
sources, let us know (projecthelp@globalgiving.org)
and we will mark it as funded.
Non-compliance (non-reporting, organization no longer
operational, financial mismanagement)
