professional with an unmatched drive. He has more than two decades of wide-ranging experience at both strategic
and operational level in delivering people management strategies. Possess a proven ability and expertise in various
gamut of HR functions.
A keen, proactive and self-motivated HR with excellent organizational skill, who can thoughtfully deal with difficult
and sensitive situation.
He is a B.com graduate with MSW (IR & PM) from Loyola College, Chennai and PGCBM from MMA-IFMR, Chennai.
He has been trained in various psychometric Assessment tools, Behavioral Skill Evaluation, Competency Modeling,
Assessment / Development Centre, Job Evaluation techniques, Group Facilitation, Interviewing Skills, Compensation
benchmarking & restructuring, Strategic Leadership, etc., by the world class reputed organization. He is proficient
in designing HR processes and customized HRMS to produce desired outcomes.
Mr. Oommen Abraham has been awarded as one of the top ten “Most Powerful HR Professionals in India” in the
year 2010 by the World HRD Congress & Employer Branding Institute at the Asia Pacific HR Congress held at
Singapore, June 2010.
He commenced his career as Management Trainee with CavinKare Private Limited, one of the fastest growing FMCG
companies in India when it was a 12 crore company. He contributed significantly and held various positions before
taking up HR leadership role for the group as Vice President Corporate HR. He was instrumental in designing and
implementing HPWS in one of the green field plants and led HR ERP implementation successfully (SAP & Ramco). He
has taken lots of initiatives in restructuring organization, performance management system and creating a learning
culture by launching CavinKare University. During his leadership, CavinKare has won several awards for various HR
practices and processes from professional and Industry forums. He left CavinKare when it was around 1200 crore
group after playing active role in the growth story of 100 times during his tenure of 18 years.
Prior to venturing own HR & Management Consulting company, he was heading HR for Everonn Education Limited,
one of the group companies of GEMS Education, Dubai, leading private player in K-12 in the world. He joined
Everonn when it was undergoing Promoter & Management Change. He led the people and organization transition,
restructured the organization, streamlined hierarchy levels and grades, restructured compensation structure,
designed and implemented customized online HRMS & Payroll and created complete transparency in policies,
processes and communication, redesigned roles and performance management system.

Prof Mahesh Doraiswamy is resourceful and creative person with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt quickly to
new situations. A versatile, enthusiastic and competent person who always strives to achieve a high standard in
whatever is undertaken.
He is a veteran who has more than 28 years intense exposure to Sales & Marketing (all India & Exports) as well as
Profit Centre Management in highly competitive industries with rich experience in urban and rural marketing and
successfully launching new products.
He further has fifteen years of progressive experience as Consultant, Professor and Trainer in Marketing and HR
specializations.
He graduated from St. Stephen's College, Delhi with B.Sc (Honours) in Physics and was a recipient of the National
Science Talent Scholarship. He also holds a PG Diploma in Management from IIM, Calcutta, in 1972.
He has worked with Shaw Wallace & Co. Ltd., EID Parry ( Ceramics Division ) , WIMCO Ltd. (then a subsidiary of
Swedish Match Co.) , Satyam Renaissance Consulting (as Principal Consultant), and as General Manager (Marketing),
Johnson Peddar, Mumbai.
In the field of Academics, he has taught Sales and Distribution Management, Marketing Management, Business to
Business Marketing, Brand Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Human
Resource Management, etc. at T. A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, the Institute for Financial Management &
Research (IFMR), Chennai, and at the SSN School of Management, Chennai.
In the field of Consulting, he was involved with Marketing Consultancy in Organizations like Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds
Corporation (MAHYCO), Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd. (TNPL), projects on Evaluation of Training at Chennai
Port Trust, and Recruitment & Selection at Sabare Enterprises, Karur.
In the field of Management Development Programs he played a major role in coordination and teaching at the Post
Graduate Certificate Program in Management jointly conducted by IFMR and Madras Management Association.
Other Management Development Programs include those held for middle and senior level managers, from Jindal Steel,
Bellary, Zeta Infotech, Manipal, Syndicate Bank, Manipal, and Corporation Bank, Mangalore.

Mr. Rajeev Gopalakrishnan is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur (‘84 Batch). He has three decades of experience in
Business HR, Organization Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development in leading Indian
Companies and MNCs. He has been heading the HR function from 1995 - as the Group HR Head of The Indian Express
Group based in Mumbai, Group HR Director of the Kewalram Chanrai Group based in Africa and Head - HR in the
Automotive Sector of M&M.
Before starting his consulting career, he was the Vice President- Human Resources for the Indian Subcontinent Region
with IFF Inc. a leading American MNC from 2001 to 2009. He was a member of IFF’s Global HR Leadership Team and
the Global HR Lead for IFF’s Global Business Process Transformation Project. He was also the Chair of IFF’s Operating
Management Committee for India.
Mr. Rajeev Gopalakrishnan has led various initiatives in Strategic HR Alignment, Organization Review & Restructuring,
HR Transformation, Organization Development, Performance Management, Talent Strategy & Management,
Succession Planning, Competency Modeling, Potential Assessments, Talent Pipeline, Leadership Development and
Executive Coaching during his career. Rajeev underwent training in at NTL, Bethel, US and Coaching & Assessor
Certification programs in Singapore & US.

Ms. Kavitha Jagadeeswaran has more than 6 years of experience in Recruitment, Training and Employee Engagement.
She has done her Bachelor’s & Master’s in Psychology with specialization in Human Resources from University of
Madras.
She started her career as a Trainee T&D with one of the fastest growing Indian FMCG companies in India, CavinKare
Pvt Ltd, where she had quality experience in handling end to end in – house training activities
and independently handling employment engagement activities.
From there, she moved to Larsen and Toubro, a leading Engineering and Construction company, in Recruitment and
Employee Engagement where she worked with 10 member team, handling recruitment from trainee to Zonal level
positions for more than 100 plus openings across key locations in India. Within a short span of time, she was made
responsible for the Off-Campus recruitment of Engineering Students for L&T’s 40 subsidiary companies.
She then joined the Recruitment Division of fast growing IT Company “Virtusa India Pvt Ltd”. There she has won several
recognition and award for her milestone achievements such as (1) she has received “Rave” award within 3 months of
time in early joining for the outstanding hiring contribution. (2) Brought down the Cost of Hire by 60% by reduced
vendor dependency and partially involved in Market Data Analysis, Industry Mapping and Business Intelligence
Reports. (3) Increased the joining ratio from 4:2 through excellent convincing / negotiation skills. (4) Played a major
individual contributor to increase the employee referral rate from 38% to 50%. (5) Nominated a key SPOC for “Dinner
Meet” – it’s a post offer engagement follow up programs for the offered candidates. (6)
Handled Individual assignments to hire century plus candidates in outstation locations of Bangalore, Hyderabad and
Trivandrum.
She worked as a Clinical Psychologist in Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, a leading Trauma care center for a brief period.
She provided expertise as a psychological counselor for patients dealing with trauma related depression, mood
swings, coping difficulties, post-amputation emotional adjustment and internal/ external emotional conflicts. She has
dealt with difficult cases like child rape -survivor with great success. Her efforts were greatly appreciated and lauded
by the patients and the Management alike.
