Mountain Breeze, a hotel in Nainital, known for its beautiful and
charming views. The six day forum, which lasted from 8th
September to 13th September 2019, was divided into two batches, in
which around hundred leaders participated.
The main objective of the Glaze’s D.D. and G.D.D forum was to prepare
today’s leaders as a source of inspiration for the future. In Galway
Business a distributor fulfills many dreams of his in becoming global
diamond distributer from a diamond distributor. He has complete freedom
to spend time with his family, apart from having home, car, and land.

The forum lasted for 6 days and in the beginning
folders constituting necessary material related to
training were distributed to the leaders present in
the forum. Then the syndicate members Mr. Om
prakash Kumar, Mr. Sanjeet Kumar and RC
member Mrs. Ranjani Kumari lit the lamp and
started the program.
There is a saying that those who know their
history well are undoubtedly successful in creating
a bright future. Keeping this in mind, the leaders
present were told about Glaze’s brilliant journey of
sixteen years through a power point presentation.
u GROOMING SESSION EVENT
Along with being proud of our history, it is very
important for us to improve our present. For this,
a grooming session was organized, in which t was
told that how a businessman should dress up,
what color of clothes he should wear in the office
or work place and how to wear them.
The present leaders were given training in dining
table etiquettes. Apart from this, the leaders were
also taught about the platform skills. The skills that
the leaders learned during this training will help
them to become better trainers. A special training
session was also organized on communication
skills in the D.D. and G.D.D. forum.
Retailing of products is more important than the
right communication skills in any MLM company.
A successful retailer not only gets maximum
incentives, but is also successful in building a
strong team and the team of a successful retailer
always increase in terms of number of strength.
In such a situation, it is very important to focus on
retailing. The leaders were given detailed
information on these topics during the D.D. and
G.D.D. forum.
u WAYS TO DO BUSINESS
Along with training in any business, it is
necessary to adopt the appropriate methods of
doing business. Our one suitable step can take us
to the heights of business, while one inappropriate
step can destroy the reputation of any business in
an instant. Therefore, it is very important to pay
attention on way of doing business. The
company’s director Mr. Sarabjeet SinghArneja and
the company’s senior General Manager Mr. Kush
Kumar explained the proper ways to do business
to the leaders through Skype during the D.D. and
G.D.D. forum. They told what is happening in the
world of business at this time and what are we
doing to move ahead in it. At the same time, they
said that to reach the pinnacle of success in the
Galway business, it is necessary to set an example
for your team by becoming a role model.
Whenever there is a mention of role models in
the Galway business then the company always
talks about its senior distributors. There are
thousands of distributors in the Galway business
who had nothing before coming to the Galway
business but today they have become renowned
names because of their success. Few of such
distributors were present in the D.D. and G.D.D.
forum, who narrated the true success stories of
their lives to the leaders present.
On the last day of the forum, all the distributors
got an opportunity to visit the ashram of the Neem
Karoli Baba at kainchidham. This is the same
ashram where great personalities such as Apple
Company’s founder Steve Jobs, Facebook
founder Mark Zuckerberg and Hollywood
actresses Julia Roberts have attained knowledge.
Even today, this place remains a source of
inspiration for the people. On reaching this place,
the Glaze leaders spent some relaxed moments
basking in the glory of spiritualism.
There is an old saying that a country can remain
healthy and prosper if its citizens are healthy. A
person who has understood this in the best way is the
Prime Minister of our country, Shri Narendra Modi.
Shri Narendra Modi is very consciously making the
country fit and healthy through various other campaigns
and last month i.e. on August 29, 2019, he launched the
‘Fit India Campaign’. On this occasion, he said that today
many types of diseases are increasing in India and all
this is happening due to our undesired and inappropriate
lifestyle, so every family has to think about this issue of
health. It is the need of the hour that every citizen is
healthy in new India.
The Prime Minister said that the fundamentals of
staying fit and healthy are not new and even our
ancestors practiced them. We have to become fitness
conscious today so that we can shape the future of the
country.

I
n the scriptures, cow is considered to be the mother of the whole world (Gavo
Vishvasya Matrah). Cow is respected since the Vedic period and has been a
strong pillar of agriculture, commerce and the Indian economy and even today,
the importance of Gau mata is maintained at the religious, scientific and
Ayurvedic level.
Religious Importance:According to the Bhavishya Purana, Lord Brahma resides
in the back and Lord Vishnu in the mouth of Gau mata. Lord Shiva resides in the
face and all other gods and goddesses reside in the central part of Gau mata.
Economic Significance: In Indian ancient times, the prosperity and affluence
of any human being was judged only by the cowherd i.e. the richness of the
person was decided by the number of cows he has. The maintenance and
nourishment of the family depended on the cows.
Scientific Importance: The most important constituent of cows’ milk isA-2 beta
protein found in the milk of native cows which provides protection from heart
disease, diabetes and mental diseases.
Ayurvedic Importance: From the Ayurvedic point of view, we get five things
from cow – milk, curd, ghee, urine and cow dung. These are collectively called
‘Panchgavya’, which act as anti-oxidant.
A mother nourishes her baby with her milk for few years and is worshipped
because of this. However a cow should given more importance than our mother,
as it provides us her milk, curd and ghee etc. for years and keeps us healthy.
Now the question is what should be our conduct towards Gau mata? But today
old and helpless cows are forced to roam from here to there and when the
butcher stares them then you can imagine what must be the feelings of the cows.
The question to you is, do our Gau mata deserve to live with this adversity? No.
u BEGINNING OF A MAJOR PLEDGE
Seeing such degraded conditions the of cows, some of our venerated saints
pledged to serve
such destituted
and old cows in
Uttrakhand, even
though it was not
their job. When the
number of cows
increased to three
thousand, it was
economically difficult for
these saints to raise those cows, then Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd. came forward
to serve Gau mata. The company got its inspiration for this mission from the
revered Shri Gurumaharaj. The Founder Director Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber and Mr.
Chetan Handa pledged to take Gauraksha Mahayagya to the masses and
provided their support in the rearing of three thousand cows living in Shree
Krishnayan Desi Gauraksha Evam Gaulok Dham Seva Samiti Haridwar. Along
with this they pledged to create awareness about the pious task of protecting
indigenous cows through seminars
u MAIN OBJECTIVES
The main purpose of this resolution is to bring dignity to every old and destitute
cow, and to bring the native cow’s ghee, milk, curd and butter to every house.
As well as to carry the sacred message of Goseva to the people and carry out a
nationwide campaign so awareness can be brought about the native cows. This
would bring healthy and prosperity back in our lives.
A huge cow protection conference was organized in New Delhi on 7th July
2019, to make this grand campaign a big revolution. BJP’s National Vice
President Smt. Renu Devi and former BJP corporate and senior leader Shri

to serve of such omniscient and liberated
Gomata. Give financial support according to
your ability through Shri Krishnayan native cow
protection and Gaulok Dham Seva Samiti.
The cost of raising a cow is three thousand
rupees per month. This includes their food, other expenses related to the care of
cowherds. We request all the donors to adopt one or more than one cow as per
their capacity. If this is not possible, then four people can pledge to serve a cow
together. Therefore, I humbly request you to cooperate with body, mind and
wealth in this virtuous act of Gau seva and also add some companions who are
interested in kindness, charity and Gau seva like you.

he Artist Event Cricket
League (AECL) was held at
the Talkatora Stadium in Delhi
from 9th September to 20th
September 2019. The event once
again resonated with the roar of the
Galway Super King.
Galway Super King played three
matches under the captaincy of Glaze
trading India pvt. Ltd. director Mr.
Sarabjeet Singh Arneja and won all
the three matches. There were any
exciting moments during the
matches. At the same time the event
witnessed lot of new moments for the
first time in the history of AECL.
In the very first match played on
11th September 2019, Vandana
Khatania was awarded Man of the
Match for her outstanding batting and
bowling.
In the second match, played on
13th September 2019, Sushant
Kumar Das of Galway Super King
was bestowed the title of Man of the
Match for his outstanding
performance.
The prime sponsor of this league
was Galway. Galway competed in
the league with their team of
nineteen members and gave a tough
challenge to sixteen other teams
playing in the event. Galway Super
King’s super sporting performances,
solidarity and team spirit captivated
everyone in this league.

GET BETTER YIELD WITH
GALWAY KRISHAM
Paddy starts flowering
after sixty days of planting.
At this time, the farmer
brothers should dissolve 10 ml. G-C liquid and 10 ml.
G-Bio Humic in 15 liters of water and spray it on the
crop twice in ten days. Then after ten days another
spray will be required which can be prepared by
dissolving 10 to 15 milliliters of G-Amino Plus in 15
liters of water. This has to be sprayed twice in ten
days. By adopting this process, your crop will be
strong enough to remain protected from diseases.
After 45 to 50 days of
planting tomato plants,
flowers start growing on it.
Then the farmer brothers should take 10 ml. G-
C liquid and 10 ml. G-Bio Humic in 15 liters of
water and spray it on the crop twice in 10 days.
After ten days of this dissolve 10 to 15 milliliters
G-Amino Plus in 15 liters of water and spray it
twice on the crop in 10 days. By adopting this
way, your crop will be sturdy and it will be
protected from diseases.
After 45 days of planting
seeds, when the flowers
start growing on the millet
plants, then the farmer brothers should dissolve
10 ml. G-C liquid and 10 ml. G-Bio Humic in 15
liters of water and spray it on the crop twice in ten
days and when the seeds of Bajra start to form,
then spray 10 to 15 ml. G-Amino Plus dissolved
in 15 liters of water twice in 10 days. By adopting
this process, your crop will be strengthened and
it will be protected from diseases.

way to take care of the crop in the second phase so that
you can get better yield by taking care of these three crops.

On 13th September 2019, a franchise meet
was organized at Hotel Lupitus in Prayagraj.
The meeting was attended by selected
franchisees along with syndicate members
Mr. Janardan Prasad Gupta, Mr. Pinkesh Kumar Yadav,
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Paswan, Mr. Madhusudan Thakur, head of
the company’s complaints department and Mr. Tarun Chauhan.
GST session was organized at the beginning of the meeting,
in which GST and income tax updates were explained in detail
to the franchisees present in the event. After this a small
test was given to the franchisees present in the event.
The franchisees that passed the test were
honoured by the syndicate members who
attended the event.
On this occasion the present
franchisees has a detailed discussion
about the problems they encountered
during franchise operation. At the end
of the program, syndicate member Mr.
Pinkesh Kumar Yadav addressed the
franchisees and said that we all should focus our
attention on taking the Galway business to new heights
of success.
E
very distributor of Galway business can receive
his/her monthly incentive through the IR
gateway of the company. A distributor has to
upload his/her PAN card and bank passbook through
the gateway so that the company can easily add the
incentives of its distributors into their bank accounts
every month. But many a times Galway distributors
are unaware that whether the PAN card and bank
passbook that they have uploaded has been updated
or not. Both of these are important documents and
they are closely examined by the company. If there
is any mistake or lapse in them then the distributor’s
ID is put in rejection category. In such a situation a
distributor can’t get his/her monthly incentive.
Today we are going to tell you how Galway
distributors can check the status of their uploaded
PAN card and passbook through Glaze’s official
website and mobile app.
u THROUGH WEBSITE
For this, you must first go to Glaze’s website
(www.glazegalway.com) and click on the green login
button at the top right of the homepage. A new
window will open in front of you by clicking on the
login button, in which you can log in with the help of
your user ID and password. After login, you can get
your PAN card and bank passbook information on the
homepage itself.
You should keep in mind that if your ID is closed for
some reason or is being rejected, then first you have
to find out the reason for it. For this, you can check
in the same window that why is your ID in rejections.
If you are unable to solve this problem yourself, you
can get complete information to solve your problem
by calling the Customer Care Department of Glaze
on any working day from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
u THROUGH THE GLAZE GALWAY MOBILE APP
If you wish, you can also get the above information
through the Glaze Galway mobile app. For this, you
must first install the Glaze Galway Mobile App from
the Play Store or App Store on your smart phone.
After opening the mobile app, login with the help of
your user ID and password. After login, go to profile
option. When the profile option opens, click on the
PAN update button. Here, the status of your PAN
card will be displayed through a pop-up message. In
this you will get to know that whether your PAN card
is updated or has been rejected.
Similarly, you can also check the status of your bank
passbook by going to the profile option. For this you
have to go to the bank passbook option after the profile
option where you will get to know about the status of
your bank passbook through a pop-up message.

Apart from the above options, you can get the
solution to your problem by going to your franchisee
or get complete information by calling Glaze’s
customer care number +91-11-46277200 on any
working day from 10:00 am To 6.30 pm.Also you can
email to Glaze’s email ID cc@glazegalway.com and
get answers of your questions.

you often but you do not have the information about
it, then you can send your question with your name,

Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September
every year in honour of teachers. On this occasion,

S.E.P. also commemorated Teacher’s Day in their
ownstyleinstateslikeMadhyaPradesh,Uttrakhand,
West Bengal, Maharashtra, Orissa and Bihar.
On this occasion, ATM programs were
organized. In these programs, people
expressed their feeling of love, affection and
respect for their beloved teachers through
meditation. Everything in the world gives us
some or the other learning. People have
learned the skill of moving forward in
gratitude towards everything.
On 23rd August, 2019, on the occasion of Janmashtami, the
team of the Galway Foundation visited an NGO called ‘Innocent
World’ located in Dwarka Mode, Delhi, which works for the welfare
of the differently abled people. On this occasion, the team of
Galway Foundation, celebrated the mega festival of Janmashtami
with differently abled people and also assured them that even
though their body and mind are different from ordinary people but
we do not consider them separate from the society.
On this occasion, the Galway Foundation gave snacks boxes
and one month’s ration to forty five Divyang-Jans. AGO founder
Beomendra Nayal thanks Galway Foundation for this support. He
hoped that in the future, more institutions like the Galway
Foundation would come forward to help the differently-abled.
