For most financial institutions an environment in which exceptions are controlled and predicted remains a
complex challenge as they attempt to resolve any number of issues within their exception management
process. This is addressed by STL’s Exception/ Case Management Service that is based on Angular JS/
HTML5 technology. This solution supports efficient and effective ticket resolution, helping to reduce
operational risk and cost. It also enables exceptions tracking through hand held devices like mobiles,
tablets.
My responsibilities include:
• Defining scope for each release cycle and gathering requirements from key stakeholders
• Providing architectural sign off to the software development group
• Developing delivery schedules and maintaining project plans and resource assignment matrix
• Preparing use case scenarios and working closely with Quality team

As TFIM Data Manager (June 2012-June 2014)
The overall purpose of the Transaction Fees & Invoice Management (TFIM) solution was to ensure that
fees being charged on a transaction are correct & agreed by all parties prior to an invoice for the fees
being issued or paid and to aid with tracking of the payment of the invoice.
• As Project Management role, managed a team of 12-15 Data Analysts on Service Level
Agreement (SLA) based project
