Description ARTT is an Administration tracking tool for Reconciliation of
Accounts used by HP World Wide. Account Reconciliation
process is through various users of Hierarchy by different
follow-up modules which involves:
1. Definition and Review of Organization hierarchy.
2. Defining various Roles for the users and Allocation of
Reconciliation Assignment.
3. Definition of Account granularity and defining the limits
like: When a particular Account needs to be
Reconciled, tool/Template to be used and further
actions of escalations if needed.
4. Reconciliation process starts by tracking the Accounts
at Primary, Secondary and Legacy levels.
5. Ends by Reconciling an Account by using Tools called
templates [Generic, Fixed Assets, Pre-Payment
Deferrals and Bank].
6. Quality of Work done [Reconciliation] is measured by
maintaining the Quality score card on each Account
Reconciliation which was done by various users.
7. Status Reports of are available at Account level,
Regional Level and various Hierarchal levels.
