The reason I avoid afore mentioned interactions is because I firmly believe that they have no long term or real
impact on the organization.Their sole value is in trying to introduce certain conceptsto the highermanagement
at a superficiallevel. The practical application of managementprincipleshappensasa resultof moreregularissue
based interactions.

MY APPROACH IS STRICTLY PRACTICAL AND HANDS ON. – Not just flowery speeches but will get my
hands dirty with execution ASPECTS. This is important as I believe that complete learning requires practical
interaction
My interactions with my clients are at least once a week for a minimum of 4 hours – The frequency and duration
generally increase over time.
