We are an innovative company specialized in developing durable, walkable, anti-slippery,
high-performance solar surfaces and all the necessary infrastructure. We provide all the
components for making street furnitures smarter and to feed them electricity.
In short: we are the Gorilla Glass of solar panels and the Intel of smart furnitures.

Most parts of the Platio smart bench package are inside the
furnitures except for the USB sockets and the solar panels.

PLATIO SOLAR
PANELS
We always keep in mind that our products are going to be used
under the thoughest circumstances. Our solar panels are extremely
durable and resistant to scratch. Skateboarders are welcome.
• The surface is DIN 51 130 R10 anti-slippery: walking allowed
• High transparency, ultra durable, low iron glass
• Smooth finishing on the edges
• Polycrystalline and monocrystalline cell versions are available
• Cell’s efficiency: up to 0.21
• Dimensions: 340 x 340 mm and 600 x 600 mm (possible
customization at request)
• Thickness: 13 and 17.5 mm

6. COLOR
OPTIONS
SKY BLUE ELEGANT BLACK
To be widely applicable we have developed
two color variations for our solar panels.
The Sky blue version is an honest approach
of solar surfaces. The original deep blue
color of solar cells is revealed.
The Elegant black version is operating with
a more restrained, stylish appearance. The
fact that it is a solar surface is less invincible.

CONTROLLER
Charge controllers are ruling the electric current flowing from the
Platio solar panels to the batteries.

• Long safe work with battery guard: deep discharge protection
• Electronically fused
• High efficiency: MPPT charging algorithm
• Temperature control: NTC

8. BATTERY
OPTIONS
Batteries are storing the energy produced by the solar panels. They
are enabling the operation of devices like wi-fi hotspots and phone
chargers in periods without solar radiation, for example: at night. We
offer two default batteries.
14 Ah, 12 V with 168 Wh storage capacity. This fully charged system is
capable to charge 10 cellphones without any sunlight.

Weight: 4.1 kgs
22 Ah, 12 V with 264 Wh storage capacity. This fully charged system is
capable to charge 16 cellphones without any sunlight.
Dimensions: 181x77x167 mm
Weight: 5.8 kgs
Batteries however can be tailored to the needs of our customers. Even
much bigger batteries can be connected to the system.
If wi-fi modules are included in the package we can provide live online
information on the battery status.

Our package is prepared to serve all USB devices with maximum
performance, be it iOS, Android, Windows or others.

• Fast charging capability with 2.1 A / port
• Full customability: the visible parts of Platio USB socket can be 100%
customized and made of different materials e.g.: plexi, aluminium, steel
or plastic
• LED lighting is an available option

10. OTHER
PRODUCT
It is called Platio Solar Paver and think of it like
a regular paving stone or concrete slab but
using recycled plastic instead of concrete and
solar panels as wearing course.
The Platio Solar Paver is an unconventional,
energy producing, modular landscape design
element. Due to its modular build-up the
installation and the maintenance is fast
and easy and there is no need for special
foundation.
Some of our clients use these elements even
in street furniture applications.
