2. In September, at the first meeting of the Board of Directors,
Núria Ramon, the School Director, presented the objectives, the
planning of the activities and the selection procedure for the
project team with the title "Once upon a time... the SEA, funded
by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, which
will run from September 1st, 2018 to August 31st, 2020.
At the end of the month, the Erasmus team organized meetings
with the families of the students, during which it presented the
ways of involving their children in the project activities.
3. In September, the corner of Erasmus + and the workshop "Art for
Erasmus +" were created, as spaces for presenting the partners from
the 4 countries and exposing the achievements obtained after
carrying out the activities provided in the implementation plan.
Particular emphasis was placed on dissemination activity.
4. The project team established the responsibilities, discussed and
planned the implementation strategies for the period 2018-2020.
We managed to exchange e-mail addresses between a group of school
students and those from partner schools, in order to collaborate in carrying
out the proposed activities.
Particular importance was given to the content of ICT lessons, which
were focused on the project objectives to work with modern tools in the
development of activities.
The global program of works (Catalan, Mathematics and Science) has
improved the topics related to Geography, Environmental Education and
marine flora and fauna.
5. Online communication between students and teachers from
partner schools and creation of a database with email
addresses and a mail folder.
6. Informing families and class representatives about the
content of the application form and approving the project,
during the first meeting of the Teaching Council and of
the School Council.
7. Making multimedia materials about Spain, Catalonia and our school.
Displaying the project map on the panel at the entrance to the school.
Creating a dissemination team to promote the project through Facebook,
Instagram, school blog and local media.
