SITE UTILITy PACkAGE – PHASE I
• Demolition of site asphalt and concrete is 90 percent complete
• Existing trees have been relocated
• The green house has been disassembled and moved
• All portables have been removed
• Electrical conduits are being run from existing building to new
transformer pad
• Utility lines are in the process of being located
• New transformer pad will be poured this week
• Electrical gear for the transformer will arrive this week
