CURRICULUM VITAE
George T. Roth's primary areas of business consulting practice for over
46 years have been initiating and structuring small business enterprises to
access growth capital while remaining compliant with regulators and
securities laws. Mr. Roth has a reputation of always being there as a source
of assistance dedicated to creating business models for worthwhile startup
and microcap corporations and enterprises both public and private. He is
experienced in commercialization of innovative products and services, and then carrying
through business development including analysis, design and successful execution of financial
transactions, as well as follow on mergers and acquisitions. Based on his graduate university
education and over 50 years of applied business experience, he is skilled in identifying the
critical problems facing bringing products and services to market, while locating and creating
sources of long term debt and equity capital.
He is currently President of his own consulting firm, Xion Corporation, guiding the
activities of a team of attorneys, CPA’s, and compliance experts in creating solutions to critical
commercial market and capital formation problems, while they in turn refer clients to him for
assistance.
Previous to his entry into the microcap arena, he spent 10 years as a Program Manager
for a number of major corporations involved in various classified Aerospace programs, including
Ford Aeroneutronics, Northrop Space Laboratories, and McDonnell Douglas. He also applied his
engineering and business education and expertise in his early commercialization efforts for
successfully creating High Energy Lasers, Inc. and building the highest powered Nd CW lasers in
the mid 1960’s, selling them to Sandia Labs. After leaving aerospace, he also established
Reynolds World Corporation, using both TTL and CMOS discrete component designs before
microprocessors to bring to market in volume the first mass produced coin operated
production table top video games in 1976. In California he created Renaissance Portable Spas in
1978 and by 1980, innovating fiberglass and acrylic materials and the first jetted designs into
the most reliable units sold in volume into the fledgling market. After selling the production
company, he was first to initiate independent portable spa maintenance services, an enterprise
continuing on today by one of his trained employees.
More recently George Roth is focusing on biomedical devices and is now President of
International Medi Data Corporation, now introducing into market the CardioMap® diagnostic
device emulating an EKG to determine easily and in less than a minute the heart health and
fitness of the subject tested. Mr. Roth was born and educated as an engineer in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania receiving his B. S. in Engineering, and M.S. in Industrial Administration and
Business from Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in computer information processing with a
minor in mathematics specializing in probability and statistics and data processing.
