PERSONAL STATEMENT Immediately after my engineering studies, I entered in the automotive world, in Renault
Technologies Romania, first as a Segula employee and after that, directly at Renault.
I have accumulated, like that, around 7 year of experience in this industry to which I can
add 2 more years of design engineering in the US industry.
I am now ready to upgrade my career to a new level, to learn more and use all my
knowledge in ambitious and exciting projects.
Mar 2015–Present Performances and Fuel Efficiency Project Manager

▪ Identifying the customer needs for a new project by analysing the country regulations, market
understanding, competition, environment, testing conditions, the technical definition and the
potential of changing the technologies that can influence the Performances and Fuel Efficiency.
Technical scheduling to reach the quality level required by the customer;
▪ Negotiating the technical definition with different engineering departments (engine and gearbox,
weight, aerodynamics, brakes, wheels, infotainment) from all over the world – Europe, India, Brazil,
Columbia, Russia. Defining objectives, where the PM uses:
▪ Assuring that the Performances and Fuel Economy targets of the future vehicles (Duster, Kaptur,
Lodgy, Dokker) are respected using the most efficient solutions at minimum cost.
▪ Analysing the competition in order to set the customer Fuel Consumption targets and calculate the
customer complaints level in order to propose technical solutions.
▪ Responsible for estimating and respecting the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) for all of
my projects. If the CO2 level is not respected for one project in a specific geographic area, I am
proposing technical solutions along with their benefit and cost in order to be accepted by the
decisional instances.
▪ Making the action plans / Road Maps and animation of the project teams (our calculation team,
engineering and testing teams) to respect the quality level and the milestones expectations.
▪ Being in contact with the Homologation Teams from France and Romania in order to respect the
CO2 and Fuel Consumption objectives provided by me and to solve the unexpected problems.
▪ Calculation and diffusion of the main Performances and Declared Fuel Consumption to the
Marketing Dept. for brochures and other official marketing materials.
