SocialHR Training:
Your people are your most valuable asset therefore ensuring that your staff have the
skills to compete in a socially connected world is essential.
We train Recruiters in how to source and attract candidates by enabling them to sift
through the vast amount of data available on the Internet, zoom in on potential
employees and pre-qualify candidate data.
Our Black Belt in Internet Recruitment qualification consists of two parts:
1. Blue Belt: The aim of this module is to enable recruiters to source candidates
or leads for any job, anywhere in the world, using only their internet browser.
You will learn about the most common and effective advanced search
operators, the tricks to using the main social & professional networks and
how to gain access to 100% of LinkedIn Profiles on a free
account. Click here for more information.
2. Brown Belt: This is an Advanced Sourcing module that enables online
recruiters to gain a serious competitive advantage against other social
recruiters and internet sourcers through the use of advanced search
operators, url manipulation and advanced software tools.
All delegates are provided with:
• Full, color course notes with detailed
examples, tips and definitions,
• Unlimited access to our extensive library of
training videos, webinars and “how to” articles,
• Unlimited email support from our Sourcing Team
to help you perfect your search strings and
boolean techniques.
• In-house courses include a 90 minute follow up consultation within 4 weeks of
completion of the course. This can be delivered on-site or via private webinar.
You can gain your Black Belt in Internet Recruitment in one of three ways:
1. Online through a series of three interactive webinars per module. These take
place over a course of three weeks and last two hours per session.
2. In Person through a one day course in our training centres in Toronto. We
host these training sessions at least once a month.
3. On-site in your employer’s office for larger teams from corporates or
agencies who wish to use tailored examples in a private, confidential
environment.
The Blue Belt in Internet Recruitment is the first of two levels in our Black Belt in
Internet Recruitment qualification. The aim of this module is to enable recruiters to
source candidates or leads for any job, anywhere in the world, using only their
internet browser. Upon completion of this one day module attendees will have a solid

100% of LinkedIn profiles using only a free account, find candidates on Twitter,

building search strings and following “rabbit holes” to produce candidates that other
recruiters will not find.
This module is suitable for recruiters, human resource professionals and recruitment
marketers who have at least a moderate understanding of social and professional
networks and whom are comfortable searching the internet.
To date, over 350 recruiters have completed our Blue Belt in Internet Recruitment,
the most popular Internet Recruitment course in Canada.

you use these special search operators effectively in your web and database

able to find out. We show you how to effectively research your vacancies, skills,
sectors and locations online.
• Using Operators & Modifiers in LinkedIn: Do you know all of the special operators
that LinkedIn supports? We’ll tell you exactly what they are and how best to use
them in our LinkedIn Advanced Search Best Practice guide

resumés and CV’s out there on the web but how do you find them quickly and
filter out all the junk?

your Lebenslauf? International candidates with multiple languages are hot but are
you applying the correct techniques to find them? We will show you how to get
around LinkedIn’s flaws when searching for language candidates and

show you three different techniques for automating your searches so the great
candidates come to you first!
