I am a highly motivated and energetic professional with 30years’ experience in the civil
construction industry working on multidisciplinary projects. Some of my key areas of works
include transmission oil and gas, major pipeline construction, structures, sewer and water
infrastructure.
As a Superintendent I have been directly responsible for undertaking all aspects of
construction, including managing subcontractors, project management, SQE and risk
compliance to achieve project requirements.
I have built strong relationships and effectively managed client expectations, driven
efficiencies within a team and achieved project deliverables set during all phases of
construction and this is reflected in the high standards achieved on projects. I have
successfully influenced outcomes by using my construction expertise to drive cost
effective solutions during project development and delivery phases.
Adopting a “no harm” vision through all aspects of the project was imperative to the success
of projects and to drive best practice in the construction industry.

Melbourne Water - Eastern Treatment Plant (Aeration Upgrade).
Project involved the refurbishment of the existing 6 aeration tanks and
the associated infrastructure
Construction activities included:
• Demolition of all existing services, aeration headers and equipment.
• Installation of new aeration pipework and supply pipes, sludge line
and foam harvester.
• Installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Installation of additional baffle walls, mixers supports, mixers and
new diffuser system.
• Commissioning of all electrical systems to support the aeration
upgrade.
• Isolation of existing treatment plant assets interfacing with the
Aeration upgrade.
Melbourne Water - Bridges Construction.
Project involved construction of 16 precast concrete bridges within
remote areas of Melbourne Water catchments.
Construction activities included:
• Earthworks and road construction,
• Clear & Grade activities to provide construction access (ie cranes)
through the catchment to deliver the precast 12-16m long bridge
beams directly to the site.
• Construction of bridge footings, placement of abutments, beams,
pre tension of beams, and installation of hand rails.
Melbourne Water – Relining Water Supply Aqueduct & Installation
of Gratings.
Project involved relining of approx 5km of the existing Maroondah
Aqueduct and installation of grating structures.
Construction activities included:
• Removal of old liner, clean and repair existing channel.
• Installation of neoprene liner (welding and strapping).
• Installation of galvanized grating structures and platforms over
aqueduct.
Melbourne Water – Sorrento Pump station, Rising Main and
Drainage outfall works.
Construction activities included:
• Construction of wet well and inlet pipeline.
