THE AUSTRALIA CHINA ENTREPRENEURS
DIALOGUE 2015
Meet significant and high-end Chinese investors
Time: 8:30am register, 9:00 am start, full day program, Monday 7 December 2015
Venue: Westpac, Melbourne Head Office Branch
Level 12, 150 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Melbourne
Dear Guest,
We would like to draw your attention to the upcoming the Australia China Entrepreneurs
Dialogue 2015. The event will involve around 100 Chinese significant investors and 50
Australian businesses coming together to share mutual investor experiences, build
stronger investor knowledge bases and explore business opportunities.
There are approximately 50,000 Chinese business migrants in Australia. Their potential
to build capital through business and investment and contribute fully to the Australian
economy, however, has not yet been fully realised. This is mainly due to practical
obstacles such as language and cultural differences and the lack of business information
exchange.
Now more than ever, Australian and Chinese entrepreneurs must work together,
particularly as the China - Australia Free Trade Agreement will greatly improve the
economic relationship between our two great nations.
Presenters at this dialogue include:
 The Hon. Philip Dalidakis MLC, Victoria’s Minister for Small Business,
Innovation and Trade
 Mr. Mark Wizel, Victorian Director of CBRE (Fortune Top 500 company)
 Ms. Jennifer Cunich, Executive Director of Property Council, Victoria
 Mr. Jonathan Zhang, CEO of Country Garden (one of the top 10 property
development companies in China and currently spreading their businesses in

inception in 1995, becoming a leading manufacturer of steel can in China, whilst
the annual production capacity has reached 700 million cans sheet. The main
production equipment such as printing, coating, welding and packaging were
introduced to different countries across Japan, Italy and the United Kingdom)
 Ms. Maggie Wang, EBG Developments (EBG has a string of high-profile
developments, catering to the owner-occupier market leaving no detail spared, in
some of Melbourne’s most esteemed locations. EBG has acquired heritage sites
including The Stonington Mansion site, and most recently the Charsfield Mansion
on St Kilda Road, Melbourne)
 Mr. Liang Chen, Shandong HYI (group) co, Ltd (established in 2003. The core
business includes real estate, finance, energy, commercial operations and
integrated investment. It operates facilities and market products in many regions
including in Hong Kong, Melbourne, Canada, Poland, Ireland, Beijing and so on)
