board. Sherwin-Williams Managers are given nearly full control of the store

After successfully completing my Management Training I was placed in an
architectural coatings location that supported the extensive housing track
developments in the Sacramento, CA area. I helped open the location with the
Manager and District Manager gaining invaluable experience in a fast paced
high volume sales environment. I handled high value key accounts with tight
time constraints. I moved to the Auburn, CA location to gain experience in the
residential repaint and retail market. Here I expanded my product knowledge
and customer relationships while developing the skills required to move up to
Manager.

program included training at the Sherwin-Williams training center with an end of term project for presentation

This was a crash course in business operations exposing me to a large variety of customer types and the
importance of customer relationships. I was sent to a week-long training class and gained skills in selling and
