Key Responsibilities:
 Study operations of various departments in the oil and gas domain (Machine Shop, Fabrication Department, Mechanical
Department, Electrical Department and Valve Department), evaluate quality in each department.
 Develop and execute ITP (Inspection Test Plans) specifically those that involve Third party Inspection - prepare checklists,
documents, decide inspection methodology, define tolerance parameters, carry out inspection and tabulate results in the
prescribed format.
 Conduct quality audits and prepare documentation in conformance with qualified and premium connection licenses that
include American Petroleum Institute (API), Vallourec & Mannesman, Tenaris Hydril, Grand Prideco, Hunting Interlock and
JFE Steel Tubular Technology.

 Conduct hydrostatic-testing for equipment and vessels that convey fluid under high pressure; verify that all products
manufactured by the company meet the required standards and technical specifications, and that product integrity is
maintained during oil-field operations.
 Inspect equipment surfaces after surface treatment process like phosphating, bead blasting and copper plating to verify that
surface finish is as per requisite standards.
 Play an essential role in inspecting critical equipment in oil and gas industry that includes Xmas Tree (aggregation of
equipment like valves, connectors fittings), Extension Neck Hanger and Tubing Head Spools.
 Prepare and update all QA/QC documentation and submit to senior manager for review, support the implementation of
