Cross Sell and Sales Tracking
Project Overview: This project is designed as an enhancement for CUBE (Credit Union
Banking Environment) which has an old version designed in Probe and newer one transformed
in .Net. The objective of this enhancement is to create an updated .NET interface for Cross Sell
and Sales Tracking Alert, Opportunities and History.
o Enhanced, redesigned components featuring easier navigation.
o Ability to view opportunities, take action and add notes all from a single screen for the
Opportunities and History screen.
o Comparison of Trade lines and CUBE opportunities now automatically calculates the
savings and provides a view of multiple trade lines at once.
o Employee Assignment and Incentive capability.
o Eliminates the need for CUBE Classic client to be running.
o Ability to toggle between the Alert and History views of the dialog.
GL Wisdom
Project Overview: The intent of this project is to provide migration of the CUBE General
Ledger application to the W isdom General Ledger application. This project will eliminate the
core CUBE General Ledger application. However, the core CUBE General Ledger application
will be retained for a period of time in order to provide users time to make the transition to the
W isdom General Ledger application. In addition, the system will still maintain the functionality
required to support clients that subscribe to a third party general ledger application other than
W isdom. The GL (General Ledger) uses a flexible Chart of Accounts, from 3 to 12 digits.
Posting to the GL is through batch entry which can contain an unlimited number of entries and
provides online validation of a balanced posting prior to submission.
An unlimited number of Financial Statements can be created and generated using user-defined
reporting criteria. Cost center reporting is supported and provides allocation of income and/or
expenses based on a dollar amount, a percentage or user-defined ratios. The allocation
process can spread the balance of a single GL account across many branches or cost centers
as desired without the need for specific GL accounts for each center.
Collection Legal
Project Overview: The Collection Legal project creates a user interface to support the
retention of legal information related to a membership record. In CUBE Classic, the legal
information consists of attorney, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and expense information. The ability
to print documents and support defined user fields with each record is also available. Users will
have the ability to add, view, and update each type of record from the Member Home or
Collections tabs.
IAT ENTRY CLASS FOR ACH
Project Overview : Effective September 18, 2009, an amendment to the NACHA Operating
Rules will become effective that will require CUBE to handle all international payment
transactions transmitted via the ACH Network as International ACH Transactions using a new
Standard Entry Class Code of IAT. The IAT standard entry class code will replace the CBR
(Corporate Cross Border) and (PBR) (Personal Cross Border) standard entry class codes.
There will no longer be a distinction between business and personal ACH for international ACH
IAT is the largest single change in ACH in many years and requires credit unions to perform
OFAC checking on individual ACH item in order to meet OFAC requirements. In support of IAT
ACH items, almost every aspect of ACH processing will change to some extent.
