On buying products worth 2000 BV points from the range of variety of daily use products so offered you become an Active Distributor. 
You can create JUST NEED distributors on both sides, means two teams. Out of your two teams, the one with higher sales in a week is called as Primary team and the other as known as Secondary team. 
Just Need Promoter Bonus 1 / 2

With 2000 BV points, on both sides, you get 40 PV points. You will get 10% of the total PV Points generated in the Secondary team. One PV point equivalent to Rs 50/-. 
The balance points of the Primary team are carried forward to the next week. 
Upper limit for Weekly Promoter Bonus is Rs.20,000 per week. 
Just Need Promoter Bonus is paid on Weekly basis based on the JNP sales only.

Golden Rewards: 
Distributer reaching the weekly Upper Limit of INR 20,000/-become GoldMember for 3 months. With this and an additional income of 10% of the total team‟s incomes with an upper limit of INR 50,000/- 
Emerald Rewards: 
Once you have one gold both sides, you automatically get promoted to Emerald Level. You still get the 10% of the down team income with enhanced upper limit of INR 1,00,000/-per week. 
Diamond Rewards: 
Once both sides have one Emerald Level, you automatically get promoted to DiamondLevel. You still get the 10% of the down team income with enhanced upper limit of INR 2,00,000/-per week.

You get BV points along with the discounted MRP which is customer buying price. 
Retail Bonus (RB)

Based on Business Volumes (BV) you generate. 
The plan is compressed plan. 
The level which creates minimum 500 BV in a month‟s time will be considered as 1st Level. 
PAID RANK: Repurchase income qualification is with a minimum purchase of 500 BV Points in a calendar month and paid monthly. 
First purchase of 2000 BV points, if consumed to be an Active Distributershall not be counted Business Generation Bonus.

Leadership Bonus: 
Emerald and above will get 4% of the BV points from 9thlevels as Leadership Bonus uptoInfinite depth all the way down to the next „same‟ rank. 
e.g., Emerald will get 4% of the entire BV points of the team starting from the 9th level up-to the next qualified Emerald. This includes the BVs of all the Gold Ranks. 
Leadership Bonus (LB)

This is awarded for mentoring your down line to qualify the same rank as that of yours. 
It is equivalent to 4% of the Entire BV in the first 8 generations of your first generation „same‟ rank is paid when you maintain “PAID RANK” 
This Bonus is paid from Emerald level 
EXAMPLE: 
“A” is a Emerald and “B” is a first generation Emerald under “A”. 
“A” gets 4% of the entire BV of the first 8 generations of “B” provided “A” maintains Emerald as “Paid Rank” 
Mentorship Bonus (MB)

This bonus is for supporting and coaching your immediate downlinesto earn high level of income.
