exporting it to UAE & GULF market.

In 2001 , Mobile telecom industry Infused in India , GARG FASTENERS, set up the manufacturing of
fasteners and also got its ISO 9001 - 2000 Quality Management System Certification.
XIII. IN 2005
GARG FASTENERS, Achieved ISI MARK Accreditation from BIS. and bagged the tender of Country’s
biggest telecom operator.
XIV. IN 2006
Got the biggest Supplies in Telecom Sector to Reliance Telecom .
XV. IN 2007
Developed the facility for Transmission & Distribution Tower supplies of fasteners.

iii. ENGINEERING CAPABILITY
All the production drawing should be accessed by multiple teams. Special requirements can be
added in production drawing, such as international standard, trade standard, data control and so
on.
The Jobs are Majorly Done in Accordance to the Technical Standard Provided / or else the
Drawings. The same has to be Incorporated in Work Order , then in Job card, Without Job
Card ,the Jobs cannot be implemented on machines.
Mass productions are the same as confirmed samples always.
iv. QUALITY SYSTEM
Every worker inspects the production by themselves per 10 minutes and routing inspection from
QC is as per Standard Manufacturing Quality Plan ( SMQP ).
All production are inspected by 100% before shipped out. The incoming raw materials and all
shipped out goods are inspected by different produce process.
All the production inspected according to the inspect items shown in ERP system strictly, also it
was effected on each batch in producing process.
v. TRACEABILITY
Lot no./Batch no. of raw material can track all the related information and stores Quantum
produced. Batch no. is always shared in the whole production process and procedure is operated
according to the batch no. in separate. All reports are kept recorded by Hard Copies for Max
period of time, as well it can be checked conveniently.

We use High Grade Material, in the production process, to ensure, sturdy design dimensional
accuracy, resistance and longer service life. We are manufacturing all types of Bolts, Nuts,
Washers, Studs, Threaded Rods, U-Bolts etc.
We are also manufacturing foundation bolts as per customer requirement in MS, High Tensile &
Stainless Steel Material ( SS-202 ; SS-304 ; SS-316 ; SS-316L )

will greatly increase productivity and processing facility, in order to provide better service.

iv. Purchasing More Multi-Stage Cold forming Machines , for More precise parts.
v. In New plant we wish to add Employee dormitory and staff child care centre , to gather more
excellent staff to Garg Fasteners.

About Three Decade earlier, few souls have gathered together for a good reason – to dedicate
their time, resources and skills in reaching out to those women, children and the families in need,
irrespective of their caste, creed and status.
They form a N.G.O. called NISHKAM SEWA ASHRAM ( NISA ) and our Chairman is Quite the
active Member in it and continuously trying to boost the following associations :
I. Running School with Nishkam Sewa (NISA) for CHILDREN IN SLUM AREA.
Over the past Several years, our N.G.O, Nishkam Sewa has been working on the issue of
children’s education and has been successful in creating awareness among Poor People to send
their children to school, whom they used to send to earn money.
Since 2010, NISHKAM SCHOOL, EWS COLONY, LUDHIANA and Our Chairman , Mr Arun Kumar ,
himself has Started the School , and its has supported the education of more than 1600
Unprivileged children.
The most important aspect is - The School takes mere Rs. 100/- per month ( less than 2 $ /
month ), from every child, just to ensure , they feel they have studied on their own.
The basic amenities like , Uniform , Text Books , Copies , Stationery , Woollens ( In Winters ) , etc ,
are all provided by the School for NO PRICE; as they cant afford.
Only Poor’s who can’t afford education are only eligible in this school.

II. Orphanage for Orphan Children , along with School & Health-Care Facilities
Nishkam Sewa has been helping children from urban slums and other vulnerable communities to
move on in life with the means of providing education and healthcare facilities.
Nishkam believes in providing all the resources to the needy children to support & direct their
childhood in a leading way; by educating & empowering them to help write their own destiny.We
are taking up programs on rule development health & sanitation.
Training & education, awareness generation, rehabilitation of special need group programs of
social defend, environment protection & Allied programs.
III. Old-Age Home & Health Care
Nishkam Sewa is leading platform which is working with and for disadvantaged elderly and has
become the representative voice for India’s elderly.
Dedicated to improving the status for India’s senior citizens, providing medical services, poverty
alleviation and income generation schemes to them. It welcomes all those who wish to support,
donate or sponsor online and those who want to volunteer to help elderly citizen.
Though over the last few years the focus has primarily been on the destitute elder, ensuring that
the underprivileged elderly are reached through its various services in the areas of financial, health
and emotional security, there is now a growing focus on the disadvantaged urban elder as well.
