Obstetric Ultrasound
LMP: 28.8.2014 GA (by LMP): 30W 5D. EDD (by LMP): 4.6.2015
Single live intrauterine fetus is seen in cephalic presentation. Spine – Anterior.
Fetal cardiac activity and limb movements are present. FHR – 138 b/min.
Placenta: posterior, Grade II maturity. Not low lying.
Umbilical cord is three vessel and normal.
Liquor: Adequate
Cervical length measures 43.4 cms. Internal os is closed.
No obvious sonographically demonstrable congenital anomaly is seenin present gestation
on today’s study.
Fetal parameters:
BPD – 8.15 cms (32W 6D)
HC -- 29.48 cms (32W 6D)
AC -- 27.08cms (31W 5D)
FL -- 6.03cms (31W 2D)
Fetal Weight: 1778+/- 266 Gms.
Average gestational age by USG: 31Weeks 6 Days.
IMPRESSION:
Single live intrauterine fetus of average gestational age 31 Weeks 6 Days with
cephalic presentation, posterior placenta and adequate liquor.
(All measurements including fetal weight are subject to statisticalvariations. Not all anomalies can be detected on
ultrasound.THIS USG IS DONE FOR GROWTH PROFILE . ANOMALY SCAN AND FETAL ECHO ARE NOT
INCLUDED IN THIS USG).
