Thank you for volunteering your time these past two weeks. We have enjoyed getting to
know you and really appreciate all the help that you have given us. During your 30 hours
you assisted with:
 Nutrient analysis of menus
 Set up a new coffee bar concept at a high school
 Observed and assisted an area supervisor with their completion of a food safety and
sanitation check of two schools
 Attended and participated in a supervisor team meeting
 Tabulated results in a student survey
 Participated in a cookie sampling and survey at a high school
 Assisted with costing out recipes
