Terms and Conditions
1. Cheques/Bank Draft to be issued in favor of SUPERTECH LIMITED Payable at New Delhi. Out
station cheques shall not be accepted.
2. Registration, Stamp Duty and other charges shall be payable at the time of offer of possession.
3. The Super Area includes the covered area plus the proportionate area under common corridor,
passages, staircase, Mumties, Projections, and Water Tanks etc.
4. Price is escalation free for the Apartments booked.
5. The terms and condition of sales stated herein are only indicative and are only subject to
detailed terms & condition in the Agreement to sell /Flat Purchase Agreement.
6. All buildings plans, layouts, specifications are subject to changes and modification as decided by
the company, architect or any other competent authority.
7. Timely payments of the installments are the essence of the Agreement.

Financing:
Home loans are available from HDFC Bank, IDBI and other leading banks for Supertech Apex Tower
project. According to RBI guidelines 20% of total property value has to be borne out by the buyer and
remaining 80% of the total property value can be financed by financial institutions.
Home loan rates are available on floating and fixed interest rates. Fixed rate loans are expensive but are
fixed during the whole tenure of the loan whereas floating rates are indexed to banks’ base rate and
fluctuate as and when banks revise their base rates.

Tenure of the loan is 240 months
EMI will increase if interest rates go up and decrease if interest rates fall. EMI decreases if the tenure of
the loan increases. However, 20 years (240 months) is the maximum available tenure for the home loan.
